All Staff are very helpful
All Staff are very helpful, the gentleman that comes to measure up is also fab. We had a really positive experience using this company in burslem. We will not use anywhere else now. Recommended to family who have also used this store. Again all are happy with their purchases too. Carpet quality is good Carly what we wanted for our stairs. Thanks for all the help I’m sure we will be back soon.

Great value and great quality carpets and vinyl. We're really impressed with the comfort of the carpets. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process from quotes, to measuring up to fitting. 100% recommend.

They have been absolutely fantastic.
We can not praise all the sales staff and the carpet fitters who laid the carpets enough.
Even ralf the dog was friendly with us.

Excellent, friendly customer service
A huge thank you to Paul for his understanding about the needs of my friend who wanted a vinyl kitchen floor. The customer is profoundly deaf without speech but Paul understood what he wanted and provided a clear, written quote. Thank you also to Ian and Sean for doing a fantastic job of laying the floor; it looks amazing.

Had some trouble getting a reply via the main United carpet website, once notified Paul from Burslem store rang me ASAP and helped with my query, attended the Burslem store and was in and out in less than 15 minutes with carpet packed in to my vehicle. Great service and pleasant staff. Will be back for future purchases. Ethan

Excellent service over 20 years
I have used United Carpets for circa. 20 years in both rental homes, my parents home and my own home. Paul has always delivered a quality product, excellent advice and great fitters at a good price. I would recommend them as excellent.

Picking our carpet was made very easy and straightforward with help on hand to guide us and to work out costs. Lots of good advice given and friendly welcoming staff.
Carpets fitted on time and quickly within the time slot we arranged and the end result was worth it..

Service second to none
Thank you so so much to the team at Burslem! From start to finish, the service received has been second to none. The staff in the showroom are so helpful, warm and lovely! The prices are fantastic and our carpet is absolutely beautiful. The aftercare we have received from the team at burslem has been brilliant too! After a trainee carpet fitter accidentally packed up a hammer of ours (we’re renovating so tools were on the window sill) the team at Burslem stayed in contact with us daily and the hammer was returned to us. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would!
