Recommended. I was enquiring about medical insurance and the lady (Sofia) seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I didn't feel pressured at any time to make a purchase. I did return a week later and after a few more queries to clear up my understanding, I did make a purchase.

Takes the effort out of shopping around
I’d always tried to shop around for private health care. Tried Usay for the first time this year, Steve Wraight was superb, not pushy at all, talked me through the pro’s and cons of each plan, got a renewal with better cover and significantly cheaper than my previous provider. What’s not to like?
