Excellent, good job

Andrew Georgiou was extremely informative, he explained everything to me in great detail. He was very professional, gave me all the time I needed, I never felt rushed. He was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer as many questions as I needed. Due to his approach and kindness I would not hesitate to recommend Usay to my friends and family.

There was a rapid response to my initial on line request and the agent Ali Shabaz then consistently followed everything up very clearly and intelligently. Within a few days everything was organised. We couldn’t have better service.

We had Daniel Zielinksi as our adviser and he did a fantastic job. He was thorough with his explanation about the policy and he really listened to what we were asking for. He wasn't just trying to sell us a product, he was helping us figure out the best provider that will add more value to our current lifestyle. Very happy with our interaction and if we renew the insurance we will be asking for Daniel again :)

Excellent service on the phone, signing up for the selected insurance policy was no problem and very uncomplicated. Haven’t had to submit any claims yet soooo can’t comment on that but so far no concerns otherwise.
