I spoke withHarry on the phone who took me through all the options. He was sp patient with me and so very helpful. I think that any company is only as good as its operatives so if Harry is anything to go by your company must be very good.

Fantastic customer service and product knowledge from Melanie Muir, who listened to my family requirements and suggested a fabulous product. Melanie was able to obtain a better rate than had I gone to the provider directly.

I was browsing through Facebook when an add come up saying private health insurance from £23 per month.
Being nosey i clicked on to see how much it would be for me as a healthy 70 year old.
I was expecting it to ask me some basic questions but no it said click below and someone will get back to you, so I came out of it, as I didn't want someone trying to talk me into something.
I was not happy when a few minutes later someone did get back to me, so complained that I did not click to ask for a return call.
To be honest I'm glad he did, I got talking to a gentleman called Sam who was very informative. Did ask me appropriate questions and then did give me what I believed to be a very good quote for two.
He gave me the weekend to think about and phoned me back on the Monday.
My wife asked him some more questions. We were still happy so we took out the policy.
At no time did we feel pressured into anything and felt that Sam was very honest and up front from the start

Our agent John Spencer was clear helpful and not pushy. He explained things and allowed us to make our choice to suit. Highly recommend USAY service and if you can get John that would be a bonus. Thank you great savings made on monthly premium

Options discussed clearly and patiently by Sam who communicated very well and did all he said he would with a very satisfactory outcome.

I'd like to thank Josh Fletcher for his patience and professionalism in helping us choose health insurance. He explained at length how everything works, gave us time to ask lots of questions and was transparent throughout. Josh called us back the following day after we had slept on our decision, having sent lots of further information by email for us to digest.
