Really responsive and fast to treat my cat in an emergency. They were also warm and caring.

I visted the out of hrs with my very poorly pet isabella gibson on 26. 10.25.The whole team from receptionist to nurses to vet himself were kind professional. I have visted twice before and happy with there seevice.

The receptionist made me a cup of tea and took my insurance info, I was seen quickly, vet did a thorough exam and gave me a clear explanation if his diagnosis and what I should do next. They have a cat waiting area to keep them separate (although there were no dogs there at the time).

I would rate below zero if I could. Stay away. If your dog has something serious go immediately to Langford and don't waste your time. No diagnosis, no clue, no further investigations. I only write this because if your dog is seriously sick you do the right thing. Sadly in the UK there is little competence. Don't waste time with local vets and do serious annual checks (X-rays or ultrasounds).

it was an overall good experience I felt listened to and my puppy was examined well the vet was very nice and knew exactly what I was trying to say,we got treated and medication and was soon able to go home,the wait wasn't too bad for it being a busy clinic with lots of poorly pets ,I was even able to ask the Zetland road side of it questions about metering and they were very helpful,

I had a really great vet who we saw within 30 minutes of my call, and who gave me really clear information every step of the way. She was really great with my cat and she was really supportive in the decision-making process about what to do next without making me feel pressured into any decision. In the end we made the right call and my cat made a full recovery in the next 48 hours without having to stay in overnightand I'm so grateful to her!

A caring team. Very careful handling of my nervous dog. Giving support to pet owner's during the most stressful of times.

I have used the vet on several occasions, the majority of the staff are rude and no consideration or compassion for the pets or the owners needs.

We were reassured by the vet who saw Sunny. She was lovely and very caring. Sunny is doing well. The nurse was lovely too. The only thing was the cleaner who let I us in was quite offhand. But our experience was very positive and I would like to thank the vet and nurse that saw Sunny

We couldn’t have asked for better care, the staff were great and looked after my pet amazingly. The only fault we would have is the prices.

I'm sorry I do not know the vet's name but she was amazing . She put me and my little girl Dolly at ease and most importantly has made little Dolly feel so much better

Fifi my dog got attacked by a dog off lead.
Her throat was ripped open and bleeding heavily. Thanks to Phoebe the vet and Emily the vet nurse who attended to Fifi being so gentle and and kind to both of us
After surgery Fifi returned home the next day and is improving each day ( as I am)

I had absolutely fantastic support and care on Sunday 25th May when we bought our little Yorkie in after eating mould. The staff were amazing and reacted so quickly to our Leo! Thank you for caring for him and saving him.

I was looking after my friend's dog on bank holiday Monday,. I was able to speak to somebody immediately, also booked into vets three minutes away, I didn't have to wait long at all and was given good news.

Bank holiday weekend so was worried wouldn’t get appointment but was open, friendly staff, vet was very helpful
