Vets Now provides this trusted service to more than 1000 veterinary practices across the UK — from over 60 dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. In total, we treat around 200,000 small animals every year — our highly-skilled team works hard throughout the night, weekends and Bank Holidays. So whether you’re in Aberdeen, Belfast or Portsmouth we’re there for you and your pet when you need us most.
We’ve also pioneered other ways to help pets, pet owners and the veterinary profession, such as our comprehensive referrals service and providing our staff with industry-leading training and development opportunities. Misdiagnosis
Unfortunately treated a wound infection as an allergic reaction, so made no difference and still had to visit vet in the morning. Expensive and frustrating.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and the nurse and vet that we saw took time to explain there process of treatment for my dog. They were patient with us and answered all our questions.

Their reassuringly service was heart felt by us. Seeing our Niko in such distress, like with all animal lovers, weighed heavy on us.
And now Niko is back to his old self, thanks to the lovng care provided by Vets Now.

Very helpful staff on reception,vets were excellent,they provided,clear information on the procedures they would be carrying out ,and made sure we understood everything,and our little elderly dog Chica was happy to go off with them for her investigations.

Friendly, calm and helpful staff.
Marley was taken quickly. He was checked properly with his diabetes and his heart. The vet explained evetything to me if I took Marley home but she gave me the choice to leave Marley over night incase he got worse. In yhe end he was fine and just loved the attention off all the staff in ICU.

TPLO surgery and good success so far.
Fantastic with our wee dog who had TPLO surgery. Highly recommend the fixed price option. Hefty but worth it.

I wasn't there for long was just to drop off and collect my dog but the staff I met were great. Between them and the vets at PDSA they made sure my boy came back to us when everything was against him!!

Toby's hospital stay
I cannot thank the team at Vets Now who took care of Toby while he was unwell. They carried out a thorough investigation and I am so glad Toby as returned to his usual self. They also kept me up to date with all the procedures they carried out and kept in contact with me throughout his stay in hospital

we attended with our dog, where charged a £35 admin fee for our insurers to contact them in order to get the bill details as the refused to give us a bill, this illegal and a bill must be given for anything that is paid for, but they refused, a clever way of making extra money

Hi Will, the veterinary surgeon is making a professional declaration that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, all information provided on the form is true and complete and that the fees charged are no more than the fees they would normally charge their clients. Completion of the form is more than an act of administration, rather a professional statement, similar to a doctor’s letter for example, which would be required to verify information given to an insurance company. As such, completion of the form attracts a fee.

Happy with care recieved at emergency vet
My pet took ill late in the evening, from first contact on the phone, staff were polite, kind and considerate. My pet was seen promptly and well taken care of. We were kept informed throughout and they even organised for him to see a specialist elsewhere
