Great online service
Not a usual for writing reviews, but extremely satisfied with the online consultation process.
Sunday afternoon, booked an appointment around an hour later. Very reasonable cost, very knowledgeable Dr.. After consultancy appointment was sent a record of what was discussed with a copy also sent to my local vet.

Lovely, helpful, efficient
The person I spoke to on the phone was so lovely. Went out of her way to help. We then spoke to ash Wilson on our video call consultation, she was so lovely, helpful, answered all our questions and help with guidance on our dog Sophie who we were worried had ripped our stitches.

Great Online Emergency Service
I had a call with a Vet online in 20mins, Amanda Wood. She was amazing and very thorough and totally put me at ease as I had been up all night worried with my dog.
My online negative feedback would be to the VetsNow service who wanted to put me in for an expensive in person consultation and only offered the online one when I asked for it (even though the price of the online one is knocked off the in person if you still need to go). But the video service was great and in person wasn't needed.

The service is so useful
The service is so useful my pet ended up not needing to be seen by the vet as it could be sorted with things I had at home. Saved me a potentially big vet bill just to be seen. The vet I spoke to was so lovely and helpful and gave me so many things I could try and advice on food for them too

Incorrect emergency advice
The vet advised me to take my dog to my emergency vet, but when I rang the emergency vet, I was told not to - they said the video vets are over-cautious and advise people to see emergency vets far too often.

There when you need them in an emergency....
I thought that one of my JRT's may have eaten some brown pellets she found in the grass when we were out walking. This happened on a Sunday and out-of-hours anyway, but I rang my vet practice and was referred to this company. A video appointment was arranged very quickly and easily and I was able to speak with a Vet well within 20 minutes. Thankfully all was well over the next 24 hours as I was advised to keep a very close eye on my dog. Excellent service from these guys, very professional, empathic, truly knowledgeable and so helpful when my dog need it. My vet's practice also phoned the next day to make sure all was okay with my JRT: which I [we] very much appreciated...
