Steven McGowan - Number reclaim
Steven McGowan guided me on how to reclaim a number that a company had ceased by mistake with another provider.
Steven took on the case and the number was made live through the Voiceflex Portal the same day that the request was submitted and called me to let me know.
Cannot ask for more.

Communication Platform for Scammers
Voiceflex Limited supply lines to scammers pretending to be from EE .02081534976 is one of the voice flex numbers that is used . Do no give any details and be careful of associating your business with a company that offers telephone communication platforms to out right scammers

It may help to explain how we operate. Voiceflex is a wholesale telecoms provider – we supply services to resellers, who in turn provide them to their own end users. This means we don't hold a direct relationship with, or control over, the individual making the calls, but we take reports of number misuse extremely seriously and will always investigate.
So that we can look into this properly, please complete our Report Number Misuse form with as much detail as possible (the number involved, dates and times of the calls, and anything that was said) or alternatively please email this information to customerservices@voiceflex.com.

A huge shoutout to Steven and the…
A huge shoutout to Steven and the entire Voiceflex Porting Team! 👏
They truly worked a miracle in recovering a telephone number that had been ported away before the agreed port date.
The losing provider advised us to request an emergency restore, even though this is normally something that should be initiated by the losing provider themselves, as the number would need to be restored on their network first.
Instead of waiting for that lengthy process, Steven and the team went above and beyond. They found a way to get the number successfully ported into our account well ahead of the scheduled port date of 22 July.
This is a perfect example of what outstanding teamwork and dedication look like. They didn't just follow the process—they worked together, thought outside the box, and did everything they could to help the customer.
Kudos to Steven and the entire Voiceflex Porting Team! Your commitment, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Customers are truly fortunate to have a team like yours supporting them. Thank you for an amazing job!

Seamless Porting Experience with Great Guidance
I worked with Steven who was exceptional from start to finish. He took full ownership of the process and made sure everything was seen through to completion, handling each issue as it came up without me ever needing to chase or worry. He was also personable, easy to reach, and kept communication clear throughout.
On top of that, he provided clear guidance on the overall porting process, sharing helpful documentation and explaining what to expect at each stage. That extra level of support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Most importantly, he gave me real confidence that everything was under control and would be resolved properly. That level of reassurance and professionalism made a big difference to the overall experience.

terrible customer service
terrible customer service. Nobody cares about anything. they can't even forward emails internally and ask you to email different department - this shows how little responsibility they take - if they can't do simple things like that, don't expect them to do anything more complex or care about providing great customer service! Avoid at all cost!
