We have been working with Voiceflex for many, many years now. It's very seldom we have to speak with their support as the service tends to work without issue. The provisioning team do a great job with number ports. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for them battling with other carriers and range holders, but they always come through - most recently on a 500 number port for a client with a very time sensitive project.

Alex Sammarco was very good and fixed my issue quickly.

We've been working with Voiceflex for a long time now and they've always been great. Support is quick and the team are really helpful, whether it's sorting something urgent over the phone or handling changes by email. Really happy with the service the team provides.

The support at Voiceflex is brilliant, We had a issue with delay in speech and Will Vokins Carried out diagnostics immediately, and gave us feedback on how to resolve, which we come to realize it was the customers network and packet prioritising, Voiceflex's support team are very helpful and always willing to help out

Spoken to Will at Voiceflex a couple of times recently and he was very helpful and resolved my issues quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. First class.

OOH Support Team were very quick in responding and investigating my issue to help me come to a further escaltion point outside of their control.

I mainly deal with Voiceflex support who I find knowledgeable and very helpful in dealing with my technical enquires in a timely manner.

i required an urgent name change and 2 additional channels added to an account + although we have access to the portal our engineers were all out , so Lasantha picked up my request and the new channels and name change were complete in double quick time .

so all in all i got my query resolved in a timely manner and exactly to what i had requested .

Toby made it so easy for me to navigate my way through every step to getting our systems up and running again. Me and technology are not friends however he was patient every step of the way.
