DO NOT DEAL with this company, as I have discovered like many others, having now read the reviews they are Not Trustworthy. Purchased a key which took over a month to arrive and then it didn’t work, returned it and didn’t get the refund promised so ended up having to raise a dispute with the credit card company. To repeat…NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
Placed online order and paid for a replacement Tiller Adjuster Gas Strut for a mobility scooter. Have never received the part, customer service is terrible, always giving excuses, then had email to say the part had been dispatched, but failed to say who the carrier was. No surprise, Part has never arrived. Now waiting for Barclaycard to recover my money.

Ordered part and never got it. Ordered a right foot pad in red for my go-go Pride scooter. paid for it and it never came. Sent emails to them in December, January and February. They replied 1 time and said they would send out another one. Still have never received it. Stay away, they just take your money and never send the part. Once I asked for a tracking number all communication stopped.

Bought two tyres and two tubes (70GBP) for my mobility scooter on 3 Jan. 2024. Told on 25 Jan needed to pay 30GBP for free carriage. Paid on 1 Feb. Told parcel had been sent on the 9 Feb. On 28 Feb told problems with courier and it was sent with another courier. That courier received data for order but no parcel. During this time I have sent numerous messages, most of which do not get answered. They have been operating since 2008 and delaying orders with pathetic lame excuses. I want to buy other parts for my scooter including two tyres for rear wheels, two batteries, two anti-tip wheels and four hubs, but not from Wheelie (NOT) Good Mobility.

Unfortunately I ordered a part from this company.. She took the order over the phone and put down the wrong postcode so we never got the part in time. So we had to buy another part and send the one back that didn’t arrive in time. Unfortunately I had to raise a dispute with the credit card because refund was never returned as promised. Theft is something I take very seriously so that’s why I advise anybody to not purchase anything without a credit card from this company. Micheala was also childish when it came to saying I didn’t need to keep phoning to get the job sorted.

What a despicable company to deal with
My order has been 'processing' now for over 7 months and excuse after excuse for the parts ordered.
They have now deleted my order from the website account and just ignore any further contact regarding it.
I have heard them all from waiting on the shipment from the USA, Covid!, shipment problems from supplier, order mislaid etc etc.
They take the money off the vulnerable who use this scam company and don't bother to fulfill their side of the orders and basically stealing.
How are they still allowed to be in business?
Promise to refund, but that is just another lie after lie!

Shut your business down scam artists, you are an embarrassment to the mobility business!

No delivery or refund, so I'm first in line as I started County court proceedings yesterday!!!

Very bad company ordered a part
5 weeks later still in progress so contacted these and she said we can't get part from pride it's out of stock
So I asked for refund she said yes refund will be with you this week
7 weeks later no refund and won't answer calls
WhatsApp number she doesn't read messages so to be honest I would stay well clear of this company
Nearly all reveiws are 1 star so that tells you how bad they are
Wish I checked before buying as for the part not being in stock at pride was rubbish I contacted pride dealer myself and yes item is in stock £20 and was delivered 3 days later
Wheelie good mobility charged me treble for part £60
Best to stay well clear of this company in Kent UK
Robbing the elderly I will be taking these to court I have found a few other people who have been treated the same way on social media
If anyone else has a complaint contact me As have a solicitor now looking into these complaints and money not returned

To whom it may concern. What ever anybody reads about this company is very true. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I purchased a part from them for my handy cape wife and now cancer. They take your MONEY and wont give a refund for NONE delivery, do your homework. Just an opinion. BE CAREFUL. Its not about the money, its there incompetence of dealing with these people that makes me give this review.

This company has 60% of it's 53 reviews showing as 1 star, which I wish I'd noticed before placing a order. They simply do not deliver but are happy to keep your money. When I questioned what was happening with my order via WhatsApp I was told it was the Manufacturers fault & problems in the Seuz canal, which I thought was brilliant. The story of why they couldn't deliver also kept changing as the conversation went on, with delays of 2 to 3 months before they'd see stock coming out. Waiting for a delivery from Holland got a mention, not sure if my order was in this delivery...lol
Eventually they stopped taking my WhatsApp messages having said they would refund me. I have take the issue up with my credit card company as I write this review. I strongly recommend you do not deal with company.

Do not under any Sercombe stances use 'Wheelie Good Mobility Ltd.' - They take your order, take your money, tell you it's out of stock and will not refund your money. (Talking from my own experience.)

What an absolutely lovely company to do business with. I have spent a little while speaking with Michaela in regards to a general enquiry, to say this young lady has gone "Over and Above" is an understatement. Both Michaela and her brother have been, not only prompt in calling me back but, they have also called their relatives in America in order to help make my request a reality.
I am one delighted customer and, not only do I wholeheartedly endorse their company but, I will definitely be buying from them again.

what an appalling customer service! I have worked on the customer service Industry for 20 years. If I spoke to a customer how my husband has been spoken to over the telephone this morning, I would have been sacked ages ago! Shouting at my disabled husband. Having been told for weeks that the product ordered had been dispatched, when it did arrive it was the incorrect part! We parcelled it up and sent it back with proof of delivery. Since then it has gone from bad to worse! A very, very rude man shouting down the phone that my husband had ordered the wrong part. All we want now is a refund so we can take our business elsewhere! I think they need reporting to Trading standards!

I ordered a brake from them on August 18th I've been getting the run around and have not received my part I have not received a refund will never order from these people again

Be True full and not Lie to customers Telling me it has been despatched when it Hasn't

After reading reviews I did panic but after email and some resurrance my part arrived within 2 week and was kept up dated so not everyone has bad experience . I was recommend and I certainly recommend on to others .

how this company is still running is beyond me
they take your money never send you your order,promise you delivery will be next week,3 months later still no delivery,1 month later still no refund

Extremely poor. I paid a total of £496 for a battery and charger for my scooter. After hearing nothing from them, I enquired about delivery and was promised "it'll be this week" which never materialised. I was then told that delays from the manufacturer meant they had no idea when I would get the items. I cancelled the order and ordered with an alternative supplier - they delivered to me the items next day, directly from the manufacturer.
Attitude and manner on telephone were awful.
I then had to chase WheelieGood for my refund and was eventually told "it will be processed in the next few days". Two weeks went by and my phone calls and emails were ignored, leaving me no choice but to go to my credit card company to sort my refund. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge-pole!

After a slow start solely down to myself. We got going very helpful and patient well packed and deliverd with inthe time frame well done and thanks. VERRY GOOD.
