Ordered mother board for wife`s hd scooter. My new used part is working great. arrived sooner that I thought. well packaged. I will use this company again.

I ordered a part with them over the phone because they didn’t have the right one the owner tracked down one from else where and received it the day after they serviced it and clean it very happy with the service

This outfit is a complete scam, avoid at all cost. I ordered, paid parts and shipping after months of waiting for the shipping information and many email correspondences, I get a request to pay shipping of 600.00 for which was already settled in the order. 20% cancel fee that they have never paid. Going into 4 months. Now she doesn't respond to email requests.

I have been waiting on part still not got them of refund sick of emailing them what a joke

Avoid at all costs. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from this "company". After several attempts from my parents to get information on the order, and getting no replies. I stepped in. I let them know that my parents were looking to contact their CC company over this as they are getting no answers and gave them another chance at replying. Finally they answered to tell me that they had no information on the order (Name, Order number etc, so they can't tell me anything), but because of the "tone" of my message they would save me the both and cancel the order. This message was deleted, and just replaced with "Order has been cancelled due to the tone of this message"

I've since seen the reviews and noticed the trend that the reviews seem to depend on which sister you are dealing with. Clearly I had to deal with the sister who needs to step away.

Again, just save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Complete shambles. Advertise items they do not have. Seems to be run by two sisters, both of whom hate each other. Spoke with one on what’s app and other on phone. One in Uk cannot stand the one in America and seems to blame her for everything. Horrible way to speak to customer. UK based one should not be employed by anyone..DISGUSTING SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND YOULL NEVER SEE YOUR ITEM

having same problem as other people, there all nice when buying something, but if problem with item and try get refund forget it, they ignore phone calls and message sent through there site, still trying to get refund, female thats anwers phone teribble, dont do buisness with these, im not, anybody no american company if there the bosse,s.

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED. Bought an item £60 wrong item sent. Returned item and assured refund. NOTHING. When contacted woman assured me it had been paid back. Then told they would look into it. Now they don't answer calls. Lowest of the low to rob disabled people. BE WARNED. IF YOU PAID BY CARD CONTACT CARD COMPANY AS IT CAN BE TREATED AS FRAUD. I'm sorting that as I write this.

I have never had a better buying experience from any company, I first spoke to a young lady who was the Daughter of the owner and she did everything for me. She made an appointment for me to talk to her Dad who in turn just couldn't enough for me, very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. Absolute value for money. I will not be looking anywhere else for my mobility scooter parts. Thank you and well done 👏

What a waste of my time talking, emailing, etc, to Bob Kemp, at Fawkham, Kent. Those who give 5 stars, are they dealing with his daughter?, in Nevada, USA.

I found this company on Google and I needed new tyres for my scooter. So, I ordered two thinking they were in stock because on their site it said they were available so I assumed they were in stock. After a few weeks I contacted them and found out they were waiting for the tyres. Because of Covid down here in Australia there were no parts here for my scooter. Because I need my scooter and desperate for tyres to fit, I kept emailing how long it would be before they will ship. There finally on the way and I can appreciate the company having to try and rely on their suppliers to get their products to them to keep us happy. I think this company is great for those hard to get parts. I will give them a 10 out 10 for service.

Well I spoken to the worst rude women on the phone today said they got my motor and it was send with fake tracking number when phone then they said the old man can find the motor and it was a fake tracking number please don't waste your time with this doggy company better of on eBay at least you can claim your money back

In April thus year I ordered a top box for a mobility scooter.
Before delivery I had reason to cancel the order and the company agreed a refund. After numerous failed phone calls and ignored messages apart from one stating that they have processed the refund and it will take 10 to 13 days.That time expired 10 days ago and still no refund or acknowledgement.
This company despite being very friendly and helpful on first impressions are the worst company I have dealt with and will never deal with them again.
Customer Service is non existent.
Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a mobility scooter basket on the 18th April and was assisted by charmaine who was lovely. Just after I paid she said her dad had a second hand one and allowed me to change it and get refunded the balance.

Yesterday I contacted the office to chase it up I'd had no basket or refund and spoke to Michaela who said it would be sent out this week could say say when and clearly didn't care. Said she'd process the refund when she knew how much.

Today I realised I had how much in writing so I called back michaela again she said she had no access to the WhatsApp with charming I suggested she spoke to her and also said I could send it to her If she preferred. She said she'd process it when basket was packed which I said was unacceptable as it was already 10 days for something that didn't need to be ordered. So I said just cancel the order and refund the whole amount she said "do you want the basket it not. I decided not I don't tolerate rudeness well and Michaela hung up on me.

I then got a text saying refund had been processed. I shall keep checking for that. For those of you who left reviews like mine who have nor recieved goods or refund you can make a claim to visa ir Mastercard whichever you paid with and they will sort it for you. Just to reiterate charming was lovely!

absolutely amazing company, very friendly lady, ordered exacty what i wanted, items arrived exactly as described, no quibbling, i was kept informed of item movements, fast deliveries, i have asked for another item two days ago and she is posting it today, fantastic service, can't rate this company enough, thank you wheelie good mobility, you wil definitely give you my service again.

Been dealing with these guys for a while now as I managed to get hold of a scooter and it needed quite a lot of part's to get it up and running again.
Spoke with Charmaine initially and she was great, very helpful and always willing to negotiate a good price and as I'm a pensioner money matters!
Dealt with Bob too and he even dropped off a seat and some tyres at my home as I was on route on one of his business runs, nice guy, thanks Bob.
So all in all I rate this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to family and friends.
