Lucy was very clear supportive and understanding throughout my conversation with her. I found it much easier than using the app which needs making more intuitive, it is difficult to navigate and locate things (in my opinion). The process during the phone call and afterwards was perfect.

Sophie at WPA was incredibly helpful today. Despite a terrible phone line, she made sure to call me back herself even leaving my husband a message when she couldn't get through and got everything sorted.

WPA have been very helpful in agreeing to cover annual testing post my recent operation. It is important that this is checked to ensure no new polyps grow.
They told me what they needed from the Consultant which I provided and then I received confirmation that they would cover it.

I had an urgent matter to be authorised with WPA for a CT scan to be done. Despite the consultant having sent an urgent request to priority mailbox I was told by two people at WPA that I would need to wait for the priority team to come back to me. On my 3rd chase call I had a conversation with Eilis who was absolutely amazing and understood the urgency and was able to resolve the matter and grant authorisation while dealing with me on the phone. Her level of compassion, understanding and professionalism was amazing, I am very grateful to her for resolving the authorisation and not just putting me in the general queue while I had a fish bone stuck in my throat. Thank you Eilis!

I spoke to Becki regarding my health concerns and not only was she professional and helpful, she was also understanding and attentive.

WPA have been excellent in helping me. This year I have had a lot of expense with dental care and with my eyes. WPA have helped me with the expenses and paid me very quickly within 7 days of making the claims.

WPA is a great insurer. I find them supportive, responsive and on top of claims. Have nothing bad to say about them as a provider. Highly recommend.

A number of things, bear in mind most people are a bit stressed contacting their health insurers! The first thing was the calm reassurance, “ we are here, what can we do!” Then the query was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
So, well trained and knowledgeable staff who treat members like consumers, bravo, keep it going.
