I had a very positive experience with Remi at WPA. Remi was incredibly patient, helpful, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He took me through everything step by step and made sure I understood what to do.

I was on the line for around 40 minutes, but Remi was so friendly and thorough that I never felt rushed. Excellent customer service and a real credit to WPA. I really appreciated the support and would highly recommend Remi.

Sophie was very helpful and dealt with my enquiry efficiently. She asked relevant questions and after these were answered she was able to authorise my surgery.

I contacted WPA via live chat regarding an ongoing injury claim. I had been receiving physiotherapy treatment but felt it wasn't improving my condition and wanted to seek an opinion from a specialist.

She also provided reassurance that there would be no shortfall charges as the consultant works within WPA's fee schedule.

Will was clear, concise and on the ball in recognising why an invoice had remained unpaid to a service provider. He explained coherently what I needed to obtain from the consultant, for WPA to sanction a particular procedure.
