They made the process of making a claim for the supposedly 'fast track' fisiotherapy so long and stressful that I almost gave up. The operators on the phone are misleading telling you that they will authorise your claim and when you ring to send them your invoice they change idea and ask for a GP referral. I found Aviva a lot more straightforward

I’ve been a WPA customer for many years and recently changed my policy. I’m particularly pleased with the cashback on optical services and how simple the process is through the WPA app. It’s quick, straightforward and hassle-free.
As a physiotherapist who treats WPA clients, I also find WPA by far one of the simplest and easiest insurers to deal with. Many other insurance companies can be complicated and time-consuming, so I’m very selective about which insurers I choose to work with.

My son needed an urgent MRI and MRA but the only option within the permitted hospital under the policy had their machine broken. The consultant wrote an explanatory note to WPA explaining why the assessment was necessary, why it wasn’t possible at the original location and asked if they would make an exception at one of the premium London hospitals. WPA authorised the treatment the same day. Their level of customer service agility and compassion is remarkable both on this incidence and in general being a customer of theirs for the last 5 years. I will continue with WPA when I finally have to move from a company to private policy.

Glen setup our WPA account for both me and my wife, and he was brilliant in the process of explaining everything in detail and making it bespoke to our needs. He explained the cash extras that we get as part of the account and i have already ordered new glasses which took 2 days to get the money back for, thats £200 saved this year as part of our insurance. Its definitly worth the money, easy to set up, and really easy to manage. WPA are quick to reimburse you and make sure you get great value. I would highly recommend Glen to anyone who needs insurance and will be telling my friends and family all about it.
