Beautiful looking watch that gets great compliments.

I just got my first xeric. The evergraph auto. I really like it. It's an interesting watch. A bit difficult to tell time but who cares. I don't. I really like it. Price wise a great buy.

I ordered two straps from Xeric, the Horween brown leather with deployment clasp and the Italian Suede Charcoal. The quality of the leather on both was outstanding. Unfortunately neither of them were quite right for my watch (Tudor GMT). The Charcoal did not match very well and while I really liked the Horween, the deployment clasp is a bit large and I did not like the fit. Their customer service was great though, no issues with returning both straps.

I purchased two watches from them. One was amazing, the other was less amazing, but the return process has been very simple. They have a great selection of very unique watches, and I'll be back soon for another design!

I wish I would have known upfront that the gunmetal orange model didn't come with iridescent coatings. Your site doesn't make it obvious that only certain models do. Maybe it's because I'm new to buying watches but I've never heard of a watch that didn't glow in the dark or have some mechanism to let you read it at night.

I probably would have chosen another model had it been made clear to me. While the watch is gorgeous, I'm a little annoyed that it doesn't have such a seemingly basic feature.

Though, to speak a bit about the rest of the watch, it is beautiful and everything else is hard to find fault with. I will say though, that while it does work on a skinny wrist (6.5") the leather band isn't good enough at balancing the heavy watch body on my wrist. It actually feels like the watch is constantly tipping over because of the unusual weight and thickness of the watch body. Due to the sale on at the time I was given two additional straps for free and I have to say the black mesh strap is easily the ultimate strap. No hair pulling, the aesthetics match the gunmetal perfectly and most importantly it's strong enough to balance the watch on a skinny wrist. I also bought a linked gunmetal strap but will need to remove MANY links before I can try it properly... so don't hold your breath on that review.

I purchased a Xeric Regulator automatic watch during their kickstarter project. It looked very nice, but it never performed well, sometimes not at all. It was supposed to be kept running by the motion of your wrist. It started running slow from the beginning. More than once, it completely stopped running,, even though I never took it off. Since I had paid extra for a one-year warranty, I sent it back and requested a refund. I've never heard from them. THE XERIC REGULATOR WATCH IS JUNK! DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am a collector and always looking for unusual watches. This one is a very Unique watch, decent built quality, a very different ways of time reading. Happy with the watch

What I'm unhappy with is the shipping charges. I'm from India, XERIC does not have any presence here, I stumbled upon your brand while browsing online and when ahead and bought a $500 product. I had to pay $80 for shipping and another $25 customs duty. I understand the customs duty but for a new customer, who is buying your brand from foreign country you should be able to waive off fee shipping. Imagine me wanting an additional strap for my watch... the shipping and customs itself will be higher than the product itself.

I’ve bought a couple of watches here, haven’t disappointed.

The Vendetta Oxblood Black was preordered in Nov. of 2021. Mailing label created Dec. 28th. Still stuck in Hong Kong 20 days later no update. Xeric support is sorta helpful sending canned replies. Have 30 days to file for lost item. Not holding my breath, Not a happy camper. Filed for lost watch. ROUTE protection refunded the purchase price only. Still like the idea of Wandering hour hands.

It is a very cool unique way to read the time. Which after getting used to I think I prefer. It duse have a few set backs, that I feel could have been implemented for the price and quality that this watch portrays. Id like to have seen a higher water resistance rating and the luminous numbers do not work. thy will shine bright for a few seconds then fade to an unreadable faint glow, that is only after a bright light has been shon on it for a few seconds befor. The halos do not glow at all, but I'm guessing it is cuse I got the rose gold version.

Otherwise It is sold, well designed and feels as though it will last a good long time with an awesome simplistic look. The lower end water rating and bad luminous glow aside I love the design with hidden lugs, so the peace looks fuly circular, with an open heart authentic is a nice touch. Also I quite like the mini window on the underside that lines up with the open heart on the top . I would recommend 👌

It's been 3 weeks now since I ordered the bracelet and it is still in California.

It's also been 10 days without any news from the tracking services.

Terrible, terrible terrible.
Do not get taken in by the marketing.
As an original backer subscribed for 3 watches.
1st 1, unable to see the hour hand, useless.
2nd ,Worked for about 2 weeks, useless
3rd, havnt even bothered as so disappointed by the others.
Customer service not really interested, returns have to be sent to California, costs of that are very expensive when shipping and insurance are included.
Can prove receipt of purchase.

The watch IS a one of a kind (Vendetta midnight black). Study and got a bit of weight from the stainless steel. It has presence and it is extremely affordable from any joe blob after couple of overtime shifts. Classy and sharp!

The 3 stars are for the way the watch looks and the wow factor when someone new looks at it. This is where it ends. As there is no way to lock the minute dial, any accidental touch to the dial would mean the minutes move, and that means you no longer can tell the time. So really a watch that is good to look at but serves no function. Next, the watch is only accurate for the first 6 hours. then it loses minutes and by the next day, it is an hour slow. Thus though I would have given the watch 3 starts, the poor function and design means this gets only 1 star. Literally, a waste of money as a watch, a wonderful display piece as it gets conversations going.

I have ordered a Trappist-1 NASA Edition Cosmic Nebula
The glass became totally scratched and ugly after a few occasions of wearing, despite my husband wore it with maximum care and only for special occasions, and the watch completely stopped working after 6 months.
I want to return the watch to get a refund, but they say I should have returned it within 1 month.

This is a beautiful product, I just wish the review process was more incremental so I could give a higher score. The only reason this is not a 5 is the international delivery process. I live in Australia, the watch shipped straight away from California, then got lost when it crossed international borders into Australia & I assume sat in customs for close to 2 weeks? There was no way to track it when it left US. I know it’s tough to cover the shipping experience worldwide, but felt the need to highlight this to improve the customer experience. If you ignore the Australian customs experience, this is a great product & great service
