Easy Claims Procedure
Had to make a claim after an accident and bike damage abroad. Once all the documents YellowJersey requested were provided they sent for payment within a day. Connor was quick to respond to all emails sent. Great service and will be sure to use again in future.

Nothing but praise for the Yellow Jersey
Nothing but praise for the Yellow Jersey team (especially Jonathan) who have been dealing with my claim after a big mtb crash.
Damage replacement/reimbursements for my helmet, clothing and some bike damage have all been dealt with quickly, and like for like swaps were possible. Thanks for everything so far, YJ are a quality company to deal with.

Straightforward claim process and great customer support
Quick response and straightforward process of claiming insurance for a stolen bike.
Jonathan was really helpful and the review of submitted documents was seamless.
In less than 2 working days since filing in the claim form I now have confirmation for the order of a new bike and an upgraded lock!
Really happy to have had their support during a very frustrating time!

The response to my claim was very efficient. The claims administrator emails sent to me were empathetic and made the process much easier. The settlement took four days in total to finalise.

Best bike insurance company. Incredibly responsive and helpful team. You can pick up the phone and quickly get through to someone. I recently got a race entry fee refunded which was included in my policy due to an unfortunate injury meaning I could no longer compete. It’s often easy to expect insurance companies to try and wriggle out of these claims and not help, but Yellow Jersey team swiftly actioned my refund which was so pleasing to see. Amazing customer service - thank you Connor and Jonathan for your help.
