I decided to buy a quality product (Frog battery 24v 10A) from a recognised company and expected 4-5 years from it before it would operate on ½ to ¾ capacity . Getting a product that completely failed a few days out of warranty (18mths) simply isn’t a quality product and not acceptable. Company not interested.

Seul le capteur de pédalage ne fonctionnait pas bien (non adaptable...): il m'a été remboursé 20 euros sans problème et j'ai pu acheter un capteur plus adapté sur un autre site
Expérience concluante, mon vélo fonctionne parfaitement et la puissance est suffisante

Very poor quality. Yose power give me a used product. I wont recommend anyone to buy from this company..

I have purchased two kits from this company one for myself and one for my wife. Her bike is a trusty old Raleigh Wayfarer which is nearly 60 years old. It needed a few modifications to make it fit including changing the rim. The local cycle shop supplied the rim and rebuilt wheel to incorporate the motor. I am cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats on my converted bike. Have now reached Glasgow and the kit has performed really well. All my emails have been answered very quickly. When installing the kit (2 years ago) I did find a problem with the main wiring harness but they shipped a new one from China in 3 days. Originally, I researched Yose and found some really good reviews from cycle experts who have converted many bikes and considered it one of the best kits at reasonable prices.

Installé depuis peu sur le B-TWIN ROCKRIDER 340 de ma fille sans trop de soucis (sauf que j'ai installé les rondelles autobloqueuses à l'extérieur de la fourche, sinon cette dernière était écartée et impossible de régler le dérailleur arrière.
Par contre les menus de l'écran ne correspondent pas au manuel d'instructions, pas de possibilité de régler à plus de 25km/h, or le système plafonne à cette vitesse alors que seule l'assistance devrait se couper...

I cannot get ahold of anyone, I have emailed at least five times , no one answers phone. I’ve have two batteries go completely dead. It is supposed to have 18 month warranty.

Purchased a 28" front wheel 250watt kit with battery. Great support and assistance from Joey throughout the installation as I asked various questions about battery fitment, PAS fitment etc. The quality of the kit is excellent, with great installation manual supplied and backup from the Yosepower website. Highly recommended, it's the support that made this a great experience, hats off to Joey.

Excellent service, ordered battery 8pm Sunday evening received battery Tuesday morning. The battery seems to be good quality and is holding its charge well. Great price for such a large battery 15Ah down tube type, £188. Happy with service and product.

I cannot praise the customer service high enough. I bought a battery for my E-bike it was great. After about 18 months I had difficulty changing. This may have been due to customer error or a fault. I had numerous interactions with customer service . There representative (Joey) took time to direct me to appropriate self help videos. I was unable to correct the fault. I returned the out of warranty battery and this was fixed and returned in perfect working order. The measure of a company is the standard of product and customer service. This company lives up to high expectations and supersedes them. I have no hesitation in recommending them for giving quality products backed up by an efficient post purchase customer support and technical team.

Order battery, didn't arrive. Still waiting on refund... avoid!

A bit of a faff to fit the battery gadget to the bike, but I did manage it okay. It took a few hours.
In use, this front wheel motor thing is amazing! It transforms cycling. I highly recommend it.
On reflection I'd have fitted a rear carrier and bag, and put the battery inside the bag, it would have saved a lot of the diy drilling and fixing stress.
Overall, its worth every penny and its a lot cheaper than the big brand names.

Köpte ett 250W framhjulskit inkl. 15.6ah batteri. Monteringen var relativt enkel och det var tur att det medföljde avdragare till pedalarmen för den satt rejält. Jag har struntat i att montera tumgas och handbromsbrytare, det fungerar bra utan.
Den gamla tröga cykeln har fått nytt liv och tunga backar är nu ett minne blott.

Délai de livraison 4 jours pour un kit 250w 36 v.
Montage roue avant sur un VTT 26 '' muni d' une fourche Hydraulique et frein à disque.
Difficulté de montage car diamètre d' axe 10 au lieu de 9mm d' origine de la fourche( agrandi à la lime) et usinage des écrous( trop larges).
Fonctionne bien mais montage pas aisé pour tous...
Expérience à refaire: oui étant mécanicien.

Just purchased a kit called “E-Bike Conversion Kit 36V 250W Front Motor Kit with 36V15.6Ah Battery and Charger”.

It was receive within days, fast shipping and all arrived in perfect condition.

General quality seems to be of a very good level. Not the usual cheap Chinese materials and finishing.

I spent 2 evenings to mount the kit on my old bicycle from the 90s. All went good. Of course you must be a bit aware of what you are doing. But I would say that if you know how to change a tire on a bicycle, or break pads, then you can handle this kit conversion. It’s just good sense.

Took me longer because the two bottle holder holes in my frame where a bit too low and I could not put the battery holder straight on those. I had to build my own aluminum plate to adapt it. No rocket science but not everybody could have done that as it requires experience and tools. All the rest went easy. Paper explanations included in the box are full of pictures and, if not fully complete, are explaining all you need to know to successfully install.

I did not yet try the E-bicycle on open roads but only in my neighborhood. It pulls good (250w) and is really easy to handle. I did not install the brake sensors, as you just need to stop pedaling to stop the power. The thumb-lever to activate like an accelerator is also a great feature.

I can’t wait to test it in the hills !

I can’t assess on long term reliability yet, will get back later if anything is worse mentioning. So far, I am very pleased with this conversion kit !

Questionable Quality EBike Kits, recently after using my kit for a year and a half the YosePower DASHI C500 Display stopped working. Upon my further investigation the display broke due to circuit corrosion. That means the monitor is not water proof. I just want everyone to know to be careful and maybe insulate the monitor from wetness. I then wrote this issue to yose-power support team and they didnt seem to care but that i need to buy a new monitor display.

Afterword's it worked again, I wrote the following review on the website and within 12 hours it was removed. Yose power removed my 1 star honest review. So keep in mind if your considering any products that Yose power rides/mutes all negative reviews and ignores you if you are dissatisfied.
