My order was processed promptly and arrived as communicated.
Product was as described, the beige colour I ordered was found to have a pinkish hue.
Not quite as I thought but still acceptable and an excellent quality product. 👍

I purchased a Cross Rollerball and unfortunately it had a faulty lid which kept falling off. I contacted customer support and they said they would talk with Cross about getting a replacement for me.
After 2 weeks I hadn’t heard back then received an email from Pen Heaven, thanking me for my patience and advising they were sending out a new replacement to me ahead of hearing back from Cross, which I was delighted by. They even told me to keep the original to use in the future for parts.
The new pen arrived the following day and was perfect.
The customer service I received was excellent. I had shopped with them previously but now I will use them for all my pen needs.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to you. 👍

Absolutely 👍 perfect. I had two parcels for delivery today, however I was unavailable at the time of delivery. My Courier, sensibly left my parcels inside my front porch out of sight and harms way. Thank you

Your driver kindly rang my door bell and waited for me to get to the door to receive my parcel. She was very friendly, professional and polite.

I had my general maintenance visit by your engineer Andy Hawkins today. I had a few questions about receiving calls regarding faults on my system, which I did not understand. Andy soon identified the problem was caused by low batteries around the house. He quickly changed the batteries and fully tested the system. He was very professional, understanding and helpful. I needed for night safety another area of the house isolating, which he sorted out for me immediately. His actions removed the biggest concern I had. All my questions were answered and he ran through the use of the system with me. I could not have wished for a better engineer to visit. Andy is a great role model for ADT. Thank you.
