What an awful website and customer service.
I made a preorder for a booster box of Lorcana Hyperia City at the beginning of September. The release date was October 24th. No item was dispatched on that date so I contacted the company to ask when I could expect the item to be sent. They replied immediately saying that they would contact their distributor. I waited two days but didn’t hear anything. I then requested to cancel the item. They ignored me for 5 days - I had to send 20 emails to get a response. They offered me a credit note or to order something of the same value?! I have finally had an email to say they have refunded the order. Do not use this useless company.

I've ordered several times and everything has always been perfect. I'm very satisfied and will continue to order from them.

They are clearly using fake reviews. I ordered some digimon kits but they did not come by the estimated date. I then asked for a refund as it seemed they would never get the items in stock and they refused. I used a chargeback with email proof. Call your bank to use a chargeback to get your refund.

Beware! Order hasn’t arrived but was meant to be delivered 24/09. Tried to be patient, gave it an extra week then reached out. Now been trying to email for support & an update for TWO WEEKS - 0 replies to any. Tried messaging on social media accounts as a last resort - also 0 replies. This was a meaningful model for a very personal reason for my wedding as a centrepiece display. Now ruined as cannot source another in time. Now having to report as fraud via my card provider for a chargeback! I appreciate delays are inevitable, but to ignore every means of correspondence for weeks with an order that has not dispatched. Disgraceful service.

I was a bit unsure whether to trust this company as the product and price seemed a little too good to be true and the item I was ordering wasn't available anywhere else, but I took a chance and everything was fine! Thank you 1001 hobbies team
