Dropshippers van de bovenste plank! Ik had de reviews moeten lezen voordat ik deze troep bestelde. Oh ja, de lamp blijft ongeveer 10 minuten branden na volledig opladen.

This is a borderline scam company. They advertise as European but delivery comes from China, takes way longer to arrive than advertised, what turns up is a very poor quality knock off of what's advertised on the website. When asking for a refund, they try to fob you off by giving you a 15% discount off the purchase price to hang on to the sub-standard goods. When insisting on a return, they make you the customer bear the cost of return back to China from Europe. Avoid avoid avoid!

Shipping takes ages though.
I ordered the ‘Italian-Style Pendant Light’ lamp. It's much smaller than it looks in the photos - but that's my fault, I was blinded by the photos.
The quality of the lamp is very poor. if you can hang it somewhere at eye level, then it might work. however, I wanted it to hang from the ceiling with about 20cm of rope. You can look in from below. It hardly provides any light and if you can look in from below, it is really badly made.

What's more, it had a dent. So I asked the customer service to return the lamp because it had a fault. I wrote 6 emails back and forth with them and said from the beginning that I didn't want a replacement, just a return label. I was offered 15%, I was offered 25%, as well as a replacement. I rejected all of this and had to repeat myself every time that I just wanted to return it and get my money back. Now, this morning, I receive a dispatch confirmation of a replacement delivery - also with YUN Express China, by the way. When I asked why this was the case, they apologised and said they couldn't solve the problem any other way. I now have two lamps, both of which I don't want, and so far no suggestion as to how I can get my money back.
Conclusion: Lamps look good on the website but just keep your fingers away

Waardeloos. Alles lijkt mooier dan het is. Hoge prijzen voor slechte kwaliteit. Bedrijf maakt gebruik van dropshipping daardoor is retourneren onbetaalbaar . Bedrijf heeft geen voorraad in NL maar in China en heeft een slechte service.

Bestel hier Nooit iets. Ik heb 1 lamp ipv 2 gekregen, in extreem goedkoop materiaal gemaakt, met een kapot te vijs. Dit is oplichterij en pure namaak.

Fake company. Your purchase will come from Mister Lamp which is a Chinese company. The product will resemble what you thought that you bought, but it’s not the real thing.

The assembly and installation Instructions will be only in Chinese.

If you decide to buy anyway, use a credit card with strong consumer protection. Good luck.

Chinese shop. Has nothing to do with Amsterdam, and the UK adress is a fake. Merchendise takes a month to be delivered. They do send the lamp, but it is a cheap plastic imitation, certainely a hazard to install. It is practically impossible to get a refund.

Gaan onder een nieuwe naam verder. Zoek op ‘Stralendthuis’ en u zult zien dat het de exact zelfde website is met slechte revieuws.
