Was just cold called by a very pushy sales rep from number 07482751737 about life insurance, the kind of wouldn't take no for an answer attitude, when I said not I've not really thought about it much, so id like to have a think and see if its something I think I should look into and then come back to you. Still tried to push me into booking an appointment, and when I started to repeat my position just hung up on me mid sentance.

So, once I have had a think, and maybe look into some life insurance, I definitely will not be coming here for anything.

Staff was very friendly and professional and explained everything I needed to know about my new policy and what will happen

Unbelievably patient: I spoke with Stacey C and she was so polite and helpful. Managed to get me a massively improved policy despite poor phone line.
I didnt feel pressured or self conscious and this is a massive thing for me: when talking about anything private, I struggle but Stacey made it possible. Service was brilliant, Stacey definitely knows how to deliver exceptional customer service, providing options and took the mundane out of the conversation. Thank you Stacey.

Stacey was amazing throughout, I always struggled online with life insurance due to not knowing what was classed as a medical condition and what was undergoing treatment etc, therefore she made this a breeze. Could not recommend enough. Super friendly and I feel at ease knowing I am now covered as are my family. Thanks Stacey!

Had a good experience from informative staff; Sean and Ryan. I have agreed to the policy, etc. But then went to open the review page and saw Assura had over 400+ negative reviews. I also found the file they sent went to my spam folder. Thus, I have decided to stick with my current provider.
Read the reviews, the service doesn't start and finish with sales people. It's about the after care, the service and policy itself. I for one do not feel comfortable switching my cover. The link provided showed 400+ positive reviews, but when you click on the 1 highlighted review star, that highlighted the 400+ negatives, so I will stick with my review, as that is what I saw. I do not appreciate being told to amend my review, when it is true to what I experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with Stacey. She's very good at what she does as she detailed every information about assuraprotect and she's one of the reasons I decided to come on board.

Really friendly customer advisors who spoke with care and compassion. They explained the cover really well, had plenty of time to answer questions and go back over things. Goodwill was my advisor and I didn't catch the name if the first guy who spoke to me but he was really nice too!!
