The rings are absolutely beautiful, and the owner truly available and thoughtful.
I texted them because some of my rings got ruined, and they shipped some new ones the next day for free. That’s what I mean when I think about customer care!

Absolutely regrettable purchase
I spent a lot of money on this website buying jewelry with that sale buy 1 get 1 free. Items finally arrived and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. The closer you look the sloppier it all is. The quality is so bad. There's random gray spots where jewelry wasn't sprayed with gold coat. The gold color itself looks absolutely horrible. It has a green tint, looks so fake yellow, I have no words. I can't even return it back because of their return policy. Do not recommend and am regretting this purchase so bad.

Hating me because I show their true colors
After 5 months of complaining they finally will give my money back ( at least I think ) now they are deleting my reviews haha, joke, now they will put in in my shoes because I stalked them ( yes being a Karen ) and warned other people.

We are very disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the situation or the extensive support we provided over a long period of time.
You successfully placed and received multiple orders with us in both 2024 and 2025 without any issues. The only problems occurred with your latest order, where the delivery company marked the parcel as available for pick-up multiple times (Bpost delivery company). Unfortunately, the parcels were not collected before the collection deadline and were therefore automatically returned to sender.
Despite this being outside of our control as a webshop, we still resent your order multiple times at our own expense in an effort to help resolve the situation. Sadly, the same issue occurred repeatedly. In the end, we also issued a refund, despite the significant costs and losses we incurred ourselves trying to assist you.
We fully understand that delivery frustrations can happen, and we always try our best to help customers in these situations. Though, we do not control how delivery companies provide their services.
However, repeated public accusations calling us “scammers,” serious provokative harassment across multiple social media platforms, and false claims about our business go far beyond fair feedback. Reviews containing defamatory language and false allegations are against platform guidelines, which is why they were reported by us. We accept any review, either positive or negative.
We have always acted professionally and in good faith throughout this entire process and genuinely tried to find a good solution at every step. Please bear in mind that we want the best for our customers.
