After checking the tracking information, it appears that the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We also checked for any email received from you, but couldn't find any. We completely understand your concern.

Bailey Amsterdam works with selected manufacturing and fulfillment partners and sells products under its own brand, including branded packaging and quality checks. Claims that our products are sold via AliExpress or that we operate as a scam are incorrect.
