I bought two different models of earrings and even if the shipment took some time I have to say that my experience was great. The packaging was excellent: every single piece was packed separately from others to prevent damages. I've used the earrings everyday for weeks and absolutely no colour change happened. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.

Great products!! Have many pieces of Bailey Amsterdams from rings to necklaces. I wear them in the sea they have never tarnishes and look as bright as the day I bought them. I had a problem with one of the stones falling from my bracelet a new replacement was put in the post the very next day Amazing company !!

Haven’t received the goods yet but missed a promotion. Contacting them after the other and they applied the promotion without any hesitation. Response times were very fast.

Terrible. Took more than two weeks to deliver to Amsterdam. What came is in a Temu wrapping, Chinese writings are visible below the package. Quality looks cheap. Sending anything inside Amsterdam does not take that much. Considering the quality and the Chinese letters on the package, they probably just order from Temu and sell it here to make money. Scam. I’ll try to send it back but the company said it is not possible! Such thiefs! Do not buy! Total scam!

I absolutely love this jewelry! The quality is amazing. I never take my rings off, even when washing my hands, and they haven’t tarnished or changed color at all. I once had a small issue, and the customer service was super quick and helpful. Totally recommend this brand!

I ordered multiple necklaces and rings. The quality is lovely. I’ve had them for a few months now; I don’t take the rings off to wash my hands and so far they have not been tarnished whatsoever. Still shiny. No loose stones. Will definitely be buying again if they have a new collection.

I ordered almost all of my jewlery from bailey amsterdam and wear it every day! I love that the shipping is fast and i always know where my order is!
I work in the gastronomy but I still wear my rings every day but not once have my fingers been green! And if still one of the pears fall of because they go through a lot, the "broken piece" is getting replaced immediately!

Their jewelry has yet to tarnish or lose its luster. I've bought three rings and a necklace from their website and love each piece! They've become a staple with my wardrobe and recommend their collection. The shipping has never been an issue either and I never have to wait longer than my expected delivery date.

Extremely disappointed! Terrible quality, took 2 weeks to arrive in the Hague. One ring was missing a stone. So clearly they are lying. I will return and want my money back as their real value is 10 eur ring, not 50/70. Don't buy it!!

Leider kann mach nicht weniger als einen Stern geben. Der Schmuck, wenn man diesen überhaupt so nennen kann, kommt direkt aus China in der gleichen Verpackung wie die von aliexpress. Stellen sich quer bei retour. Habe das bei Paypal direkt gemeldet. Hier bei handelt es sich um arglistige Täuschung. Meldet das alle der Verbraucherzentrale!!!!!!

Ich habe Beweise bzw Fotos dass die gleichen Artikel bei Aliexpress und anderen Anbietern unter anderem Namen verkauft werden. Benutzt Gemini. Da ist nichts handmade

Amazing pieces! Fast delivery. Were quick and responsive when I received an incomplete order. Definitely recommend.

The quality of the jewellery sent is terrible. Extremely light weight and feels brittle. The photos make them look premium but when held or worn it's pretty clear they are not at all. Too embarrassed to give the jewellery as a gift, I asked for a refund but was told that because I bought them as sale items I could not get a refund. They offered for me to keep the items and request "swaps" i.e. select 2 more items out of their catalogue. Honestly if they can afford to keep sending these products without requesting the old items back, then it only proves my point about quality. Don't buy.

My initial package got lost in shipment - and when I told customer service they sent me a new package, were nothing but friendly and customer oriented and made sure I was informed every step of the way! And the rings I bought are so nice!!!
