Customer service taken to another level

A mistake was made with an order I paced a while back but after my interaction with the CS rep I couldn’t stay upset. Her degree of genuine concern , knowledge and professionalism were off the chart. The promptness with which she took care of my issue was something I never experienced before and at my 70 years of age I can say I’ve dealt with lots of merchants and the fact that it was such a small order where the profit is minimal makes the experience even more positive. Keep up the good work Breville! You got here a customer for life ( however short this one may be) :) :)

E05 error code

Lucky listened to me then gave me the meaning of the error code so the fix was simply plugging the appliance into an outlet with a 20A breaker rather than the 15A it was plugged into. Should have that detailed in the troubleshooting section instead of making you call the 800 number. Could have saved me 30 minutes and a lot of frustration.

Also the customer service number listed in the owners manual (1 800 Breville) doesn’t work as Breville is 8 characters and US phone numbers are 7.

Last oven lasted over 12 years. Hopefully this one will live up to that expectation.

Very Happy with the Proactive Work from Customer Service

I spoke to two representatives and they were both very helpful. The issue was that my particular version of the Paradice 16 didn't come with the black spindle, and apparently the reps were not aware that there was a version without that attachment. By the second call, we knew something wasn't matching up and the rep was able to validate that I had a version that needed that spindle for the potato peeler attachment to work. She sent me one, and that solved the problem.

They seem to be very helpful, but they never resolved the problem. We have a Breville coffee maker and it overflows in order to stop it from overflowing. We have figured out to put paper towel in between the pot and the coffee maker and now we put a knife in there too that way the spring stays engaged You think that they would’ve figured that out but very expensive coffee maker and I’m not buying another one
