Great customer service
I was contacted very quickly about the issue with my beloved blender that I was missing! Experience included friendly emails and video calls. Resolution was fair and return process seems very easy. Overall, a very positive warranty experience! Would consider buying again from Breville based on this experience.

Consultant knew his stuff
Consultant didn’t do what I asked because he was smarter, knew the workings of the coffee machine and was able to troubleshoot, analyse and choose the correct course of action, all of which made my initial, and more inconvenient to me, request redundant. Voyu was polite, courteous, kind and patient and got everything right.

The service was very helpful and informative to ensure that we had our coffee machine problem resolved quickly. We received a spare part at no cost and a helpful video link to replace the part. There was great follow up to ensure that the issues were all sorted.

Repair not available on toasters
I was initially disappointed that I was unable to remove the base of my old toaster to resolve a popup issue and when I phoned customer support I was advised that Breville no longer repaired toasters. Despite being 16 years old it looked like new so it was sad to think that i had to throw it away. However, my disappointment was offset by the offer of a 40% discount on a new 4 slice toaster. The staff member in customer support was delightful to deal with and the process of being sent the quote for a new toaster and acceptance of the quote by payment was seamless. The new toaster was delivered free of a delivery charge and I am very happy with the new product.

Awesome customer service via email support many years after product purchase. Only disappointment is there isn’t a local repair place for service. Don’t like the idea of mailing in.
