Breville Barista Pro
I spent over an hour with your consultant, Demi, and although we weren't able to resolve the problem with our Barista Pro, I was very, very impressed with her patience and politeness throughout the whole process. Being a country resident I was a little disappointed to find that the nearest service agent was 2 hours away in Perth.
However, with the eventual outcome of buying a new machine direct from Breville, the pain was a little less with the SIGNIFICANT discount offered if we elected to buy a new one direct from them. Delivered promptly within a week of payment, along with a free 1kg bag of coffee beans.
So still a happy Breville customer :)

I needed a new magnetic base for my Joule Sous Vide immersion heater. For some reason the metal started to separate and create a sharp edge. The magnetic base can be easily unscrewed and could be easily replaced. Breville showed no interest in selling me the part (which they clearly manufacture). The unit itself works perfectly, but there was clearly no interest in supporting a customer.
