I’m battling Cancer and recently had surgery. The Customer support specialist was empathetic to this and sent the replacement part, without asking me to answer more questions or check the old part as I have as in the hospital after surgery when I received the response.

I have a Breville (Smart Oven Air Fryer) that is a great appliance.
It bothered me that I couldn't keep the crumb tray clean and called to order another one. Your representative was terrific and despite my willingness to pay for a new one, I was sent one at no charge. I rate that an excellent experience.
I would appreciate if someone would get back to me to let me know if I can cover the tray, when cooking, to catch drips and crumbs. Thanks very much.

I requested a refund for a lift and…
I requested a refund for a lift and look toaster. This is the second lift and look toaster that melted plastic on the outside (once in use on level 3 and once NOT in use with proper ventilation). This product is defected and dangerous posing fire hazard. Breville offered me a store credit and NO shipping label. The shipping cost should be paid for by Breville whose product could have burned my home down while I was working. I will not be repurchasing this product and definitely would not recommend it to others.

Quick response, although just partially ship what I was looking for.
The oven is great, as long as it works.
First, the machine I purchased from Brst Buy had a critical error. I followed instructions and called Breville support. They sent me a new machine. It was not only not the same as what I’d purchase but a refurbished machine. I called again. Made it clear that I did. It want a refurbished machine and that I’d appreciate a rush on it since I was sent the wrong replacement. I did receive the second replacement much quicker let than the first and by all appearances, it is a new machine. It also works. Overall, I like the oven. We’ve used it for cooking a few things, and warming up leftovers. It works really well.
