Customer service was absolutely…

Customer service was absolutely disgusting. The coffee machine went back for 13 days and came back to us worse than it was sent away. We then had to have a video call with a team member. It was then agreed that the machine was in fact faulty and we had to send the machine back again then waited another two weeks for a replacement.

Help was appropriate, addressing & supplying what was needed.

I got appropriate help. I'm pleased with how my call to support was handled. It wasn't easy to locate parts for the BOV900BSS, when the spring on the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro door broke. The representative I spoke to helped me locate the only parts listing online (not on the Breville site), and once actual Breville part numbers were found, it was easy and straightforward to order two small but important parts.

Breville Infuser Issues

We had some ongoing issues with our Infuser. the customer service team worked with us first to try to resolve the issues and finally offered to replace the machine with an updated espresso machine since the Infuser is no longer in production.

Defective product and bad service

Ordered a Barista touch impress from amazon. The machine had problems from day one. We ignored it as the problem ironed out itself. Exactly 4 months after purchase, the machine went belly up and Amazon was not able to accept a return. Contacted Breville on 9th April 2026. I have not received a reply since.

Shower head replacement seems to work…

Shower head replacement seems to work so far but overall this coffee maker delivers an average cup of coffee and sometimes drips a bit after brewing. System overcomplicates coffee making i.e. a simple on/ off switch would have been nice. A French press makes a less bitter and more full bodied cup.

We were loyal Breville customers but no more.

Sadly, this is the 3rd time in one year that Breville was not able to repair our espresso machine. We have 2 homes, one in Canada and one in Arizona, both were equipped with Duo Temps that needed repairs but Breville was not able to repair them even though they continue to sell these machines with slightly different model numbers. We also have a Dual Boiler that is working well but the display is showing SERVICE and I was told this machine cannot be repaired, again, even though Breville continues to sell this machine with a slightly different model number. Each time we were offered a 25% discount on a new machine that couldn’t be combined with a sale price. Breville, you need to do better.

The customer service person I spoke to…

The customer service person I spoke to was very helpful in dealing with my missing pieces and was quick to offer a resolution. He also offered tips for use and maintenance of my new machine and sent some ‘how to’ videos for me to become familiarized with it.

The experience is great

The experience is great, but you receive a refurbished model back. I hope it lasts longer than the remaining warranty of the original original purchased item that I sent back

Excellent Support

I was experiencing an issue with my appliance, which wasn't a fault, so I used the 'Chat' function. The customer service and help I received was excellent, and I couldn't be happier. My issue was resolved with good clear messaging and support. Thank you Breville

Horrible customer service via phone or…

Horrible customer service via phone or chat. Brand new oven, dented on arrival. 4 days later after not a word from Breville after chat kept saying offline. Yet hours are pacific time 8a-4p and was trying during those hours.

Created the ticket in the app and absolutely no replies there either.
