Great customer service
Great customer service. I had an issue with my Breville bread maker a they resolved the issue fast and effectively.
Poor warranty
I have had a black patten appear in my kettle on plastic part of the kettle, it had been there for a while and I had not taken note or made a claim until now. It had been a little over a year and they are unwilling to replace. Very they are so strict with there warranty, when the EU used to provide 2 years on all products. It’s also a guideline, consumer warranty can last up to 6 years depending on type of fault, so for them to have this black and white approach to customer service on their products is poor. Anything that last only a year is poor. I will consider not purchasing from this brand again.
