Ordered a cooker hood from this company as it was the cheapest online. Hood arrived exactly as described and was delivered at the time stated. Happy to recommend based on my experience!

Very poor on delivery as it’s still not been delivered to date and I ordered it 7 days ago on a next day delivery.

Very satisfied with service received from Beth at Builders Bay. First item dispatched was received damaged. After sending photos by email Beth quickly sourced a replacement , organised return of damaged item and we received a new perfect wine cooler within a week. Extremely good communication and price of product. Congratulations on excellent customer service.

Ordered a reduced price hob - it was delivered on time and in one piece, but no instructions or installation paperwork provided with it. All looks good, but hope the electrician can manage without any information!

Customer service was incredible. Placed an order for an item but (my own fault) ordered it from a store wayyyy further away than necessary for me. Beth very kindly contacted stores closer to me to see if they had what I needed, and while they didn't have the exact item I was looking for, they actually had a much better alternative for me, and close enough for me to collect! Thank you Beth, very happy with the service received, and definitely cheaper than anywhere else I was looking!

Turned out the item I purchased wasn’t even available for sale!

Order process was easy, goods arrived on time and I was contacted throughout the process with updates. Oven was cheaper than anywhere else, 10/10 will use again!

The service was excellent. Dispatch notice given and delivered on time. Goods not yet opened as still in the middle of decorating kitchen hence reason for not getting full marks.

Great service (by Beth at BuildersBay - Thank You Beth!) provided and at a great price for the product. From my perspective, the process for collecting the oven from the seller worked very well.

I saw what I thought was just what I wanted on their site .The payment section is faulty so it tells you the security number is incorrect .Then when you start again you find that the original order went through and you have now ordered2. The proposed delivery took nearly 3 weeks ...probably the couriers fault...with 2 failed dates. Then when the sink arrived it was the wrong one. They could not replace it because they did not have the one shown on the web site !! Now starting again and work tops cannot be cut .
The response that says I was sent an alternative in 10 days is ridiculous. I should have been contacted and asked if I wanted it or a refund ..Instantly..!
