Builders Bay Avaliações

I have just purchased a new hob through builders bay albeit an older model. The service was first class, very prompt dispatch and the item was exactly as advertised, very pleased.

very efficient and trouble free transaction marred by the fact that the unit arrived damaged and Builders bay were not able to offer a replacement, so we await a repair.

Terrible experience. Don’t recommend!

I bought an ex display kitchen through Builders Bay. Had a few issues but not with Builders Bay but with their supplier. I finally dealt with Beth Hines who was an absolute superstar. Professional, friendly and above all went out of her way to help. I hope that her employers realise what a true asset to their company she is. Thank you so much Beth.

Well..... read some of the negative reviews and am wondering how they came about!

Our hob went off- picked and ordered new one from Buildersbay, lowest price of anywhere- inc the postage. I double checked that I would receive it next day delivery and got a very helpful and efficient girl called Beth. She advised me that I had ordered after 10am it would be 48hrs. When she heard our hob was off she went the extra mile to ensure we got it next day delivery. Beth had a very pleasant manner and was super efficient- hob came this morning at 11am‼️Fabulous service and a very happy customer 😃😃.

Thank you so much Beth- you need a pay rise!
Helen.

Very good service.
Committed to their delivery times.

In a nutshell received damaged product. Staff member I emailed sent out collection for next day and I recieved a new replacement a day later. Unfortunately, this second item was scratched too but the damage only became apparent after installation. Once again I emailed same staff member and they have given a no quibble 10% refund.

I have to say I am totally impressed with the excellent customer service I have received. To be honest as I have never ordered anything from Builder's Bay before I was a little leery. But the staff member that assisted me has been an absolute star!

I genuinely feel that the true measure of a great business is when things go wrong and how they deal with it.

I received super fast responses, no passing the buck, taking charge and finding a speedy and sound resolution for me as a customer!

I would highly recommend Builder's Bay due to the excellent customer service experience I have received thanks to you.

Friendly efficient service would recommend without hesitation

I am new to this company and have been very impressed. Ordered a brand new microwave and it was delivered to my address very speedily. The service I received was fast, efficient and professional. The item was priced very competitively. Based upon my own positive experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly do business with them again.

Ordered tiles. I was away on hols and the girl in the office held off delivery until I was home. Very good of her to do so. I would recommend. Arrived as said and on the date I was told. Thumbs up. Just hope I ordered enough.

Very pleased quick delivery nice helpful driver. Only drawback no information on what day delivery or rough idea when lucky we were in. Would buy from you again in the future thanks.

Great service, delivery on time and no fuss. What’s not to like.
