I bought here a swimsuit, a bracelet and a pair of sandals. The swimsuit and the bracelet were just like the photos, but the sandals were so different from the photo,horrible and in a different color and made of a bad material!!!

Les coupes ne sont pas les mêmes, les tailles que vous commandez ne sont pas respectées: dans la même commande, les robes sont tantôt trop petites, tantôt trop grandes. Quant à la coupe, c'est une catastrophe. Définitivement NON. Il faut savoir aussi que le retour coûte cher, et que donc, vous perdrez de l'argent. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai eu la bêtise de commander pour $107, ils m'ont proposé de garder la marchandise et de me rembourser de $36. Renvoyer le paquet me coûte environ $70. C'est quand même triste, je ne peux pas les porter ni les donner tant c'est mal coupé.

I wish I had read these real reviews from real experiences not the fake 5* reviews on the other site by random men from china talking about buying lovely boho dresses. I think I have probably been scammed as well I ordered on the 29th July its now 20th August... parcel wont arrive for the intended purpose misleading 7 day delivery service promise that was never going to happen
I stupidly ordered 11 items! it suggests 8 are on route the tracking basically doesnt track your parcel and by the sound of everybody else's reviews I'm going to be receiving genuine fake quality crap. As they are making knock off versions not like the photos which are taken from other sites also no legitimate returns address or as someone said they were asked to pay for your own returns to china. I'm not holding my breath.
I hope they get shut down so nobody else loses money. Mine was a £289 order Im gutted and dreading whats coming if anything at all....

Item arrived quickly however when it arrived it was a completely different colour to the photo and badly designed! i have emailed several times and tried to contact them through facebook and instagram and still no response!!!!

I have sent item back to the return address noted on the parcel that come and no response - complete SCAM!

This website should be shut down!

I had a similar experience to the customer below. Picture of Birkenstock Yara used- had these been very cheap I would have smelled a scam, but as the design wasn’t current season, the still relatively expensive price tag made this seem legitimate. On arrival I had to laugh, they were so cheap and nasty and where the Birkenstock stamp should be it said ‘fashion’. They have offered to refund (bought on Paypal so should be eligible anyway) but I have to cover returns which they insist is back to China. Paypal will cover £15 of this, but this won’t cover full return costs. I will probably end up approx £10 down, which is not the end of the world, but I recommend not risking it yourself.

Worst Company ever - total fraud.

They send cheap copies of the products on their website.Wrong color, wrong design, wrong fabric, smelling cheap material.

Then when wanting to return, they want you to pay for the return (as stated on their website). However since it is a reclamation due to the wrong products having been send, they should be paying for the return.

Upon contacting the customer service, they do reply with an offer to keep the clothes and get a tiny part of the charged amount as a reimbursement.
Which is totally ridiculous.
As a return address they all of the sudden give you a chinese address, although the country of origin is France on the parcel itself. I will definitely do my part to get my money back and will most definitely report them further.

Total fraud company, cheating people of money for very cheap poor quality copy products. They should be shut down.

Just awful...can't review actual item as I still haven't gotten it...they should NOT have a promised delivery date range...ordered for an event that has already passed and it just got to the states today...so late

i ordered a pair o birkenstock yara type of sandals, that in the image looked exactly like the originals and the price was not low enough to be considered a cheap replica (26 dollars). plus i thought it was a london based company so i thought that this could be the real deal...BUT.... it took ages for the item to arrive, since it turned out that is indeed a China-based company, and it was disappointing to say the least. i wouldn't wear those sandals even if i got paid for it. even the buckle thing wasn't real, but to sum up i would say that burning my money would've been a better investment than throwing 26 dollars in CHEAPboho...

I ordered a dress from them and when it came it was so badly made, it looked nothing like the dress that was in the picture. When I tried to return it and get my money back. They wanted to charge me an additional $32 dollars for shipping and handling and only refund me $13. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. They state that they are located in ENGLAND well they are not, they are in CHINA where ASIAN sizes run much smaller than USA sizes, which the website should have stated.

Well...I have to say...I was nervous when I read the shipping reviews, thinking I would never see my new clothes! But they did arrive around the 10 th day, which is not bad, really. They happen to be really pretty, and I like all three of my items...a lot! I tried them on and posed and walked and they are really cute. They were packaged neatly. They arrived in good shape! Honestly I will will probably order again, and recommend the site. Thank you. Linda

I ordered a white dress for my city hall wedding. The dress is ok, it's good quality and arrived in perfect time (6 days).

I must say once I ordered I thought I may have been victim of some kind of fraud because I didn't received a confirmation mail, but then I checked my spam and found the confirmation mail in there.

Also, when I was thinking it was fraud, I wrote an e-mail and got good response from client support, they were monitoring my order until I got it. You should give it a try. The one thing they should improve is their social media.

Site genre Wish. Les images des robes sont magnifiques mais une fois reçues, ce ne sont absolument pas les mêmes. Et impossible de les renvoyer.
