This is a fraudulent company who do not exist. They use false pictures and sell fake clothes of poor quality. DO NOT BUY from this store.

If I thought for one second I would get my money refunded I would raise he'll! First I placed order over 6 weeks ago and finally got the pair of boots I ordered tonight. They look NOTHING like what I thought I was purchasing. To say it's a let down would be an understatement. Expected it because I read plenty of reviews in the 6 weeks I had to wait. Thank God I didn't pay for expedited shipping but I am out my 60 dollars and wouldn't sell these boots back to a China man in a garage sale!!! Ggrrr!

Zero stars. CLOTHES RUN FOUR SIZES SMALLER THAN AMERICAN SIZES AND THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS. STAY AWAY!!

Miserable products, miserable service.
I bought several items: shoes, accessoires, dresses. Only 2 of 7 items matched the description. Some of them were totally different (colour, lenght, style...). Would never ever recommend this shop to anybody. When i tried to return the items the costumer service was so complicated and not helpful, they dont offer a fair and adequate solution. No adequate refund when shipping back, no adequate discount because the products are totally different and very cheap compared to the pictures. This really is a very cheap china $#*! shop. You can buy the things they sell here for $30 at aliexpress for $3.

The clothes are nothing like what on the website and look really cheap. I had one faulty top but still they refused to bear return shipping fee. Also they offered me for$10 refund and keep faulty product. I don't think so. Don't buy from there.

What a fake company,ordered a pair of shoes, they arrived, nothing like what they have described! The toes are indented, plastic, poor quality. I have asked for a full refund, they have said to post them back is down to me and the postage is expensive,and they have offered to refund me 9 pounds! I have asked to order another item as a goodwill gesture, waiting their reply! Stay away and dont get conned like me!

I would give zero stars but you can't. The photos of the shoes is not what you get in the mail. The shoes are made of plastic and who knows what else. Since all the comments below say they lost money when returning items, I am not even going to bother. Really bad quality, and it all smells awful. Out $100.

This company is such a fraud, Very deceiving clothes looks nothing like the pictures they have on their website. They’re clothing it is made with the cheapest materials from China and the return policy is ridiculous you have to pay over $20 to return an the item you’re not happy with or you can just keep it in the’ll give you back l$15 from the money you spent. I don’t recommend this company at all!!!

I used pay pal only to pay for an order, now I have no way of getting in touch with them poor customer service. The phone number rings busy. What's wrong with this. I have all the trans and invoice #'s but no way to put it into check the status. Never order from this place again...

Pics looked beautiful but....Made a big order only after to read reviews which made me nervous.

After 1 week I sent a follow up to my order as no tracking info was sent. Carmelita on August 15 wrote the order was still processing and it would take several days. I replied immediately same day to cancel the order. Next day she apologized stating they couldn’t cancel because the order was shipped- she sent an invalid tracking number indicating “some” items shipped. This was the start of a fiasco.

These guys were stalling, trying desperately to source and ship all items to avoid refunding me. This went back and forth for 2 weeks where I repeatedly wrote not to ship anything more, to refund, cancel, but they insisted on following through with the order.

Luckily I charged on AMEX and reported them immediately, sharing above and all subsequent correspondences. Hopefully they will not get away with this. How they handled the order was not legal.

This company is dishonest. DO NOT do business with them. And it turns they sponsor ads on Instagram under different names- bon boho, ososhoplive , chicgostyle and who knows what else. It just so happens I found the exact same items i ordered from all these sites.

Total Rip off. Don't buy anything. I sent items back a month ago. Surprise, they havent received it yet. I dont think Ill see my money back

I too have been scammed.. How can we stop them!!! The photos are obviously of the original. My top was made of nylon lining yuk. Unwearable.!! My was very light so I sent it back.. interested to see if they refund..They also tried

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! There were beautiful pics on their instagram account and I bought two pair of sandals - approx $68.
What arrived were PLASTIC HORRIBLE SMELLING CHEAP NASTY SLABS OF JUNK. They stunk up my entire house. The company offered me $17 to keep them. I WILL NOT SHIP THEM BACK. Shipping is $38!!!! I want to help STOP these people. There are SO MANY bad reviews. They are total rip off artists and LIARS!!!!!

They sent the wrong item worth half of what I paid...and wanted me to pay to ship it back.

I bought a pair of sandals on their beautiful-looking website for $27.80 incl. shipping. I received a pair of foul-smelling cheap plastic sandals that fell apart straight out of the package (i sent the company a picture) that can be bought in any 99 cent store (and be intact at that). Chicboho offered to return me $6 for this nasty product.
