STAY AWAY!!! Their website and policies are very deceptive and not fully transparent. I wish I never bought from them... ended up losing a lot of money.

UPDATE: June 4, 2026, and still do not have the bed. Allegedly, the "white glove" delivery service has it. This is only after DME lost (or never had) the tracking information.

I ordered a medical bed for my mother over two weeks ago, and still have not received the bed. At the time I placed the order, I was under the impression that DME had these beds in stock, but apparently, they had to order direct from the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and don't order from DME. Go straight to the manufacturer or use another 3rd party rep. This store is terrible. No updates like they promised, no actual person to talk to (they don't answer the phone--go figure), so the only way to contact them is through the chat feature. To be clear, this is a MEDICAL equipment provider, people need these items. I don't know the reason for the significant delay, and they didn't tell me, but it's beyond frustrating. For your own sake and for the sake of your loved one, go somewhere else.

The bedrail I ordered arrived broken, no instructions, or hardware to install it. I emailed and called customer service and have not got any responses from this company. So I have a broken bed rail in my garage that I want a reimbursement for and to have shipped put.

I ordered a Audien hearing aid charging port with the plug and wire on March twenty seventh I received a shipping confirmation on April twelfth I sent two emails and spoke to a representative and still haven’t received my order. Unfortunately my dear husband didn’t get to enjoy the chair , he passed away 3 days before we received it. But thank you for making the return very easy and the refund also. Very fine item.

Price for maintenance kit was reasonable, delivery was quick, have a issue with filters not staying in. Contacted customer service. Reply was quick. Received a maintenance replacement kit today, haven't checked it out yet to see if this solved my issue

Equipment ordered didn’t work

we order hear Aid from this so-called company, they used Amazon as the hub to send. We called them then iBstone, which was the name of the hearing aid, and also Aura link.DME superstore and no one is ACCEPTING that its theres no way to send back and receive our money back. The battery does not last long.

Due to a carton labeling error, we received the wrong model of a wheel chair. After the customer service agent, Alex, requested time to review what happened, he called back to provide the return instructions and sent a shipping label for a no cost to us using the reused carton delivered to our local UPS location. As I write this review, the returned unit should arrive by April 6 for a full refund as promised.
