Delivery was as advertised. The packaging was as described. Unpacking was a piece of cake and easy to finish assembling. And the Rollator is great quality. Just could not be happier.

Don't buy a Featherlight scooter, great as it is, unless you plan to buy an additional $2000 scooter (total of $4000) when you need a new battery. Those particular batteries are no longer being mad... Ver mais

Quick and easy!
The DME Superstore website was easy to navigate and had exactly the rollator my Mom wanted, in her favorite color of blue! It arrived from California in just a few days, exactly when expected.

Their ship same day claim is BS.
Placed an order on a Monday after cut off so safe to assume it will ship on Tuesday. Right?
Nope. Called Wed afternoon - no response.
Called again towards the end of business and chose a different department in their phone system. I was assured the item was shipping that very day and I would be receiving my tracking number.
Nope.
No shipment on Tuesday
No shipment on Wednesday
No shipment on Thursday
Mom’s vacation after a terrible winter & spring is ruined because her promised electric wheelchair will not be making it to my family’s summer home.
BEYOND pissed.

I needed a new Nova walker
I needed a new Nova walker, and I was searching around and found that DME offers open box/slightly used walkers at a much lower cost. I was able to get the exact style and color I wanted for much lower price than brand new. My walker arrived, and it looks like it is brand new, everything is perfect. I'm so happy to have found this store!

Great platform and products
Overall, I had a great experience with DME Superstore. The website was simple and easy to find exactly what I needed. The equipment quality is excellent and the delivery was faster than expected. I had a few questions initially but Customer service resolved it quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering again!
