Delivery was as advertised. The packaging was as described. Unpacking was a piece of cake and easy to finish assembling. And the Rollator is great quality. Just could not be happier.

Don't buy a Featherlight scooter, great as it is, unless you plan to buy an additional $2000 scooter (total of $4000) when you need a new battery. Those particular batteries are no longer being mad... Ver mais

Fast delivery for a lithium scooter…
Fast delivery for a lithium scooter battery and it was 100.00 less than everybody else, arrived nearly fully charged and gave my scooter new power I thought I had lost going up hills and much improved driving distance.

FedEx claimed it was delivered. It was not delivered to my address. I contacted the office by phone and email and they were going to get back to me but have not.

I do show that FEDEX delivered this to the correct address so we have rushed a replacement out and have filed a claim with FEDEX. Please know that while we rely on FEDEX, UPS and other carriers to perform our deliveries, if items do not arrive as promised, we will ALWAYS send a replacement to make sure you get what you paid for. We will send you an email with your new tracking number right away.

Fast delivery, product is as described and very easy to use, very comfortable, and great for long treks when you cant walk distances without the assistance of crutches.

I got my scooter within 3 days of ordering it! It was exactly what I ordered and in my favorite color! The minor assembly was easy and the instructions were easy to understand!

Damaged
No issues with ordering
Except it would not take my HSA card for payment.
Issue with shipping, box arrived damaged.
Did not notice any damage to the knee chair until we started to assemble.
When putting the two main pieces the top pole would not go in.
We had to take pliers to pry the opening until the rod slid in.
I don't know if that was due to the box being damaged or just poor quality.
Other than that it seems everything else went together and works fine.
