Jag väljer nästan alltid Forenom när jag reser i jobbet! Jag uppskattar jättemycket att man inte betalar för det men inte behöver utan istället betalat mycket rimliga priser för det man faktiskt konsumerar! Och Förekom har mycket bra lägen. Och är snabba och smidiga att ha att göra med!

Custumer service not efficient at all!
Arrived here yesterday the situation is:
2 outer curtain broker over 3
1 inner curtain over 3 lacks!
That is to say light all night inside.
Here for working i asked to solve the problem or a room change...they didnt answer at all!

i am staying in forenom near Kamppi and its been 6 days and had terrible experience. worst customer care service. these guys dont take the guest issue as a serious and no flexibility or intent to provide support. i have few things missing in my apartment and i had called 6 times over emial /phone but nothing has happened. terrible!!!!

Ich schreibe nicht als Gast von Forenom, sondern als Vermieter von Gästewohnungen. Forenom hat bei uns mehrere Tage alle Unterkünfte angefragt und verbindlich gebucht. Nach Tagen schreiben Sie , Sie wollen mit der Buchung nicht mehr fortfahren. Ich habe dadurch, da ich alle Unterkünfte die wir hatten gesperrt, vorhandene Kunden die da waren und verlängern wollten abgesagt weil garantiert von Forenom gebucht war. Es lag alles schriftlich vor und danach wollten sie davon nichts mehr hören. Die Stornogebühren die sie bezahlen hätten müssen, haben Sie auch nicht bezahlt. Eine kleine Entschädigung die sie mir nach langem hin und her angeboten haben ebenfalls nicht. Eine unseriöses Unternehmen hoch drei. Ich betreibe meinen Unterkünfte schon seit fast 8 Jahren und solch eine Dreistigkeit wie von Forenom habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Man sollte als Vermieter mit dieser Firma keine Geschäfte machen. Die halten sich nicht an Verträge und Abmachungen. Eine unverschämte und unseriöse Firma. Auch wenn man in Finnland hockt, kann man nicht in Deutschland einem Vermieter Schaden verursachen und dann hinterher kommen und sich nicht mehr darum kümmern. Ich wünsche Ihnen das Karma und schicke Ihnen in Gedanken nichts Gutes! Finger weg von dieser Firma !!!!!!!1

Ren og stor,fin leilighet.Vi overnattet 3 netter i Rosenborggate 24,kunne ikke vært mer fornøyd. Stille og rolig gate,rolige naboer. Vi kommer garantert tilbake.

The list of problems with this unit:
- Moldy fungus by the mattress!
Yes, it’s true and I have the pictures to prove it!
- 2:3 lights in the kitchen not working.
- Leaking washing machine.
- Sweeper for the bathroom so old it’s useless.
- No bath towels or kitchen towels.
- TV not working - why is it even there then?
That’s what I’ve found out so far. Don’t know if more problems will appear before I leave in 4 days :-(

We lost our keys on Saturday and customer support didn't even know if they have spare keys until on Monday we directly reached our appartment's service manager

Første gang jeg legger inn en anmeldelse av noe, men her er det nødvendig å advare andre. Forenom plukker ut sine fineste bilder på Finn og reklamerer for pris uten mva. De av oss som er dumme nok til sluke agnet (forfatter) og valgte en Budget leilighet (som ikke er spesielt rimelig når mva m.m. tilkommer) belønnes med en falleferdig leilighet med hull i gulv og vegger, rennende toalett, og så tynne vegger at du kan høre naboens minste bevegelse. Forenom reklamerer med alt av fasiliteter, med det menes 1 felles vaskemaskin som naturlig nok konstant er i bruk, da det er mange som leier. Gjør deg selv en tjeneste og styr for all del unna dette firmaet som virker ekstremt uprofesjonelle!

Früher sehr gut jetzt aber furchtbar.
Ich habe sehr gerne in Helsinki Vantaa übernachtet. Vor einem Jahr bereits konnte ich da sehr günstig übernachten. Doch dieses Jahr verlangt das Hostel neben meiner Addresse auch meinen Personalausweis. Diesen soll ich als Foto online unter einer Webseite hochladen. Dafür wird eine knappe Frist von 24 Stunden gegeben. Dies finde ich extrem unseriös. Ich habe eine Anfrage an info@forenom und an der Facebookseite geschrieben zum Zeitpunkt des Schreibens der Review unbeantwortet blieb.

Zu knappe Frist
Oft versuchen die Verfasser solcher E-Mails, den Empfänger zu beeilen, indem sie beispielsweise behaupten, dass der Link in 24 Stunden abläuft. Betrüger greifen häufig auf diese Technik zurück, da das falsche Gefühl der Dringlichkeit viele dazu veranlasst, ohne nachzudenken zu handeln. Es ist jedoch unwahrscheinlich, dass seriöse Organisationen Sie ohne Grund überstürzen.

Wenn dieser Prozess so wichtig wäre, warum musste ich das letztes Jahr nicht machen und warum geht das nicht beim einchecken?

Ich kann daher forenom nicht empfehlen. Zumal ich da auch nur 1 Nacht übernachten will dieses Jahr. Dafür eine solche Menge an Information bereitzustellen erachte ich als sehr bedenklich. Zukünftig werde ich den Ort meiden.

Übrigens hat am 21.3.2020 Forenom informiert über einen cyber attack gegen Forenom. Dabei wurden Name, Email und Addresse geleakt von einigen Kunden. Ebenfalls wurde in einigen Fällen sogar die Social-Secuity-Nummer und die Bank account Nummer geleakt. Mit der Adresse kann man z.B. im Fremden Namen bei Amazon einkaufen (Brushing) mit den anderen Daten Straftaten begehen. Daher denke ich ist es sicherer einfach beim Flughafen Helsinki zu übernachten.

Über E-Mail, Facebook und Booking.com habe ich vergeblich die Kontaktaufnahme versucht jedoch reagiert diese Firma leider auf nichts was ich bisher versucht habe seit 5 Tagen. Das ist für mich ein furchtbares Gefühl. Bei dem billigen Anbietern gilt: vorsichtig sein!

0 Kundenservice alles automatisiert!

Skittent, dårlig sikkerhet og dårlig kundeservice oslo.

Sengetøy, håndkler og seng var ekstremt skittent. Forenom ønsket ikke å finne en løsning. Måtte rengjøre selv. Masse hår fra tidligere gjester i dusjen. Flekker på madrass, pute og dyne. Rester av avføring i do og på toalettbørste.

Ingen resepsjonist og mye folk som ikke bor her kommer inn og ut. Et psr forsøk på folk som har forsøkt å komme seg inn på mitt rom. Vekter tilkalt men bruker gjerne lang tid (15-30min).

Fikk også tilsendt en ekstra faktura, på et beløp som var avtalt tidligere pg betalt. Ikke mulig å diskutere på kundeservice rundt dette. Ble truet med å bli kastet ut før utflyttingsdato om det ikke ble betalt på nytt. Etter mye krangling ser de at de hsr gjort feil. Ingen beklagelse...

Anbefaler ikke Forenom hold deg unna.

They took 700€ from my card without my consent and didn’t give me any explanation....

They have an horrible administration processes. I got a rent contract which specifies that I have to pay one month in advance. Then, they sent me 3 invoices in one month to pay 2 months in advance. I just paid 1 month as it's was written in the contract and they reported me to Kronofogden because I had an "unpaid" invoice.
Now I am in several financial problems because of this and they don't.

I had one of the worse night in my life in august 2020 at the Forenom OSLO. The bed sheets were smelly, the all room was smelly. as soon as I arrived in the room I objected to the customer service to have found the bed sheets and the bed that smelled of used. The room smelled heavy. They said they couldn't send anyone to change the bed sheets and no other rooms were available. I had to keep the windows open to let some fresh air come in, while people (Forenom guests) was loudly parting, with loud music, shouting, banging doors and smoking just 3 meters from my window. I had to call the security guard 3 times in the night. I didn't manage to close my eyes until 3:00 AM. And I was so nervous that it was impossible to fell asleep immediately. I didn't get a proper refund, the customer service was pretty bad. I will never use Forenom again.

High price (1300$/month) for such an old apartment (1935). Old cabinets, old bathroom, rust in the toilet, rusty appliances, old plastic shower hose that turned yellow, minimal renovation (just some white paint on the walls).

The apartment was not clean when I moved in. Although they say they use a professional cleaning service, that doesn't seem true. I found grease on the kitchen wall, next to the gas cooker. It came off easily using a damp cloth, which just proved to me that the wall hasn't even been touched by the so called "professional cleaning service".

Missing cabinet in the kitchen. Said they will repair it in a couple of weeks. Five months later, still the same issue.

But the worst thing is that they try to steal your money, by sending invalid invoices. Four months after I moved away I still get invoices that I need to pay the rent for the next coming month.

Stayed in apartment but customer service was very poor quality and a lot of to improve. Customer service lie and it cost a service fee when calling to Forenom customer service number. There is no other way to contact them only email (that they doesn't read often or at least doesn't care to answer soon) and this customer number with a service fee. I got a little apartment that seem to be more like a dirty old hotel room with kitchen. Mirror had stains I had to clean the apartment even it was expensive stay. The apartment had old dirty furniture and dirty smelly carpets. Definitely not worth of the high price. When calling and trying to change to better apartment it was not possible. Customer service workers make all kind of lies that the whole building is full (they got many apartments and studios visible available online). It was a full lie and totally visible all are not full. It should be allowed to see the apartment before paying but nothing was possible after payment. Workers doesn't care to take responsibility to help guests if got problems and difficult to call their number always reserved and they service fee is running when calling. No free tea no free coffee heard before there was but not anymore. You must buy all coffee, spices all from stores. Next time will pick something else.

Stayed in Forenom Aparthotel in Kamppi, Helsinki, Finland for 4 nights and we found the experience very satisfying! We stayed for a holiday and for my partner to visit her family/friends who live in Helsinki. The pricing is very reasonable and would be good for both business trips or holidays as it's very peaceful if you also need to work or just relax! The security is very good for this hotel and everything is pin coded which in my opinion is much more secure! The rooms are good sized and have all basic needs covered including a kettle and microwave and fridge-freezer! It's a comfortable apartment and quite smart, neat apartment which is also located in a good area with shops, restaurants and other things nearby and not too far from the centre either. Its definitely worth booking for short or long stays!
