Ik heb voor het eerst bij originalcarparts.nl besteld en ja ik heb de reviews gelezen en de meeste zijn denk ik onterecht. Ik denk dat velen niet begrijpen hoe de meeste bestellingen bij originalcarparts.nl werkt. Als je het morgen nodig hebt, moet je hier niet bestellen IMHO (uitzonderingen nagelaten). In het onderdeel dat ik besteld was het ook op voorraad, maar dat betekent wellicht niet bij originalcarparts.nl, maar bij de leverancier. Zodra je het onderdeel in je mandje plaats krijg je de mededeling dat deze bij de leverancier besteld moet worden en dat er 1 tot 2 weken overheen kan gaan.

Bij mij duurde het een week en kon daar makkelijk 2 weken op wachten. Zeer scherpe prijs voor originele onderdelen en zelfs (veel) goedkoper dan bij de dealer.

Ik ga zeker weer een keer bestellen en kan het adviseren, maar verwacht gewoon dat je 1 a 2 weken moet wachten. Alles wat sneller geleverd worden is dan mooi meegenomen en goed lezen tijdens het bestellen.

Geen ervaring met de klantenservice

​I placed an order with Original Car Parts on April 23rd. The website stated that the part would be shipped within 4–7 business days, but my order is still stuck in "Processing" status.
​I have sent 3 follow-up emails with a one-week interval to inquire about the delay, but I have received no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing. I would appreciate an immediate update on my order status or a full refund.

Was ooit een top bedrijf maar de lol is er blijkbaar af. Leveren slecht, reageren slecht, kortom een bedrijf in verval. Zou er onder de conditie vooraf betalen geen bestellingen meer plaatsen.

Mal, cobran un producto que saben que no tienen y tardan meses en decirte que no lo hay, mientras tanto no sabes nada de ellos salvo que preguntes, nada recomendable, evitar a toda cosa comprar en esta web, es un timo. Ahora falta ver si devuelven el dinero.

Ordered a part for my hyundai, they said it was out of stock until febuary, still waiting for an update, I have emailed 3 times no reply,

Update - today received a reply and apology for mistake and that correct part will be dispatched !
Yippee ! Pleased to update that the correct part has today been received ! I think that the company is very well intentioned but lacking in ease of communication.

Good product.

Don't buy from them. I made a purchase in January, and soon after they told me they would only ship in February. I waited, and when February arrived, they said it would only be in April.
I requested a refund, and more than two weeks have passed, and they still haven't refunded the money I paid.

Following my complaint, the company refunded the amount the following day.

This whole situation would have been unnecessary, as they had almost two weeks to do it..."

Scam, doesn't ship the material and doesn't respond.

Edit response: No, one month later the order is still pending, no shipment or refund, no response to emails, bank dispute opened

Two weeks waiting without any reply to my several emails and I still didn't recieve my order.

Delays can happen, especially in e-commerce, where communication is usually key. When an item is not in stock, customers are generally informed or at least receive a reply.

It has now been two and a half weeks since the order was placed, and despite sending two emails, no update or response has been received. This lack of communication is disappointing.

The item is very urgent, and without any information about availability or shipping, opening a claim through PayPal is now being considered.

Hopefully, an update can be provided soon so this situation can be resolved in a positive way.

I've bought 3 pieces of camshaft sensor Nissan.

I sent 4 emails and nothing. After 17 days nothing!!!
This is not professional.

I purchased a set of original rims and was contacted by the supplier, who informed me that I also needed to order center caps. Great service! The rims are original and in perfect condition. The delivery time was two weeks, which is longer than the average stated on their website, but overall a very good experience.
