scam, think they us AI to diagnose your issue, yes I did pay £2.49 for this but there was no indication on the page that I would be charged a monthly subscription after 5 months I notice a strange debit of £9.99 under the name HIERHEBIKPIJNNL and having no idea what that was queried it with amex and after investigation I had been charge a subscription for 5 months. silly me for not checking more thoroughly. Reading trustpilot here i see many people falling for the same trap/scam.
There was only 1 email very initially stating welcome to register with them but nothing after to say anything about any subscription.
Not a legit company in my books,

I had a billing issue and reached out to Physiocheck. Their support team responded quickly, kindly, and with great professionalism. They not only explained the situation clearly but also went above and beyond to resolve it for me. I truly appreciate their understanding, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. It gives me confidence to use their platform again in the future if needed. Highly recommended!

Dealt with my query very quickly

The site gave an eexcellent set of exercises following the extensive quetionnaire. I was impressed. I am, however, 84 and see very little use for it in the futer, so I cancelled the subscription. Thatwas handled asnicely as the exercises were good. I consider physiocheck to be first rate in every way.

simple and efficient! responsive service

I needed to cancel my subscription at least until I might need to consult Physiocheck again. The email I sent asking to cancel was responded to within 24 hours which was very efficient. The exercises I received had helped to alleviate my symptoms and my musculo-skeletal problems have now improved significantly. I will definitely consult Physiocheck again if I have any future physical problems.

They were very understanding and helpful

A very comprehensive set of questions together with specific movement checks with videos to enable you to copy & rate your answer.
I also appreciated that there were several possible diagnosies & that they were graded as to the most likely.
As it was my first time of using this service I was happy to pay the small amount but was concerned to have it as a rolling payment. I contacted them to cancel the subscription and heard back within a few hours.
This is a service I would definitely recommend & will consider using again for myself and family.

My issue was resolved

I was usefully told off about not cancelling during the trial period, but they generously agreed to refund the last proper payment. I shall be more careful on future.

Watch out for subscription charges. The website takes advantage of people in pain accessing the website by sneaking a monthly subscription charge after 7 days without authorization.
