Something I disliked happened, but Physiocheck reacted absolutely respectful and handled the misunderstanding very respectfully indeed.

I requested a refund for the subscription which I didn't realise I had authorised. It was refunded in 2 hours.

Excellent service and associated app. Diagnosed my injury and gave an incredible, incremental plan of rehab exercises. I managed o heal an injury I had been struggling with for over a year before finding Physiocheck.

I hadn't read something correctly inadvertently started a subscription I didn't require, have been contacted and offered a full refund. Prior to that the information I gained was good.

They really listened to me and I appreciate their assistance.

As some reviewers have also said, this company takes a monthly payment after the initial £1.99 was taken. The company claims it’s in the fine print but when I went in as a new patient I can safely say this is not the case!
I did not set up an account and I did not authorise the monthly payments. NEITHER of the two emails you sent said anything about a monthly payment.
I will be disputing this with my bank and suggest that others are wary of this company.

I could not find the correct diagnosis when I went to a physical therapist where I live, after three months of going to her we still couldn't figure out the root of the problem, so the therapy was of course not successful. Using the physiocheck questionnaire I got to two diagnosis (for my ankle and for my neck/arm/shoulder) that seem to be correct simply because these exercises now really work and the intensity of the pain is greatly diminished. But that is not the only reason for 5 stars: I could not follow the program for more than a month (busy life at the end of a school year), so I asked for a reset of the exercise program and it was no problem.

I was certainly faced with more questions than I would get from my doctor, and seemed to be an all round comprehensive examination.

Beware they are scaming you into a subscription by relying on you not seeing the fine print when you ask for a one-off diagnosis!!!

I found the exercises very good but my shoulder pain was so intense I needed to be more sympathetic with my body!
I found the website a wee bit confusing for me as I am not particularly tech savvy. The responses I got were very positive and I would certainly rate this as a very good self help programme.
