Payed once and it’s put me into subscription which i paid for about 2 months. Gave me no definitive answer on my condition either. Waste of money absolute scammers.

Thank you for your quick response. I have had trouble cancelling subscriptions on other sites. I appreciate that your desire to be of help to people supersedes your desire to keep charging those who've signed up in a time of need. Good business practices!

The site is well displayed, fairly easy to navigate. I believe the information given is accurate. The advice given is sound and researched. The service gives what it advertises and would be a valuable tool for those needing physical therapy advice routinely. The service actually deserves a 5 star rating for quality, however:
I was in pain and wanted an answer quickly about what it could be causing it. I was desperate to know what to do to get out of the pain, so I filled in the questionnaire and found out what might be doing it. I then subscribed as I had to do, intending to cancel within a week. I then went about getting better and didn't think of it until I got notification that I'd been charged for the following month. I don't dispute the charge, but would have appreciated a notification that it was about to come due so I could have had the opportunity to cancel. I won't be needing physical therapy advice in an ongoing, continual way.
Nothing against the service, just the billing practice.

The assessment quiz was 100 questions: nice a thorough. But you find out at the end that you need to pay to access the results. That's okay. I got the exercises but it is too painful to actually do them. So I will go see someone in person.
Once you are signed up it is tricky to cancel your subscription. Hint: you need to save the code that you get when you create the account! Then you have to email your code and year of birth to find out which organisation your subscription is through, then email them to cancel it.

Signed in for a £1.99 result and never knew it had been lined to a subscription. It’s really not clear in the website. 9 months later I noticed it on my statement and quickly cancelled and emailed to say there had obviously been a mistake. I didn’t log into it for 9 months got no emails confirming a subscription and they refused to provide a refund for more than £12.99 given they had taken over £100 out of my account it’s nothing. It’s obviously a scam and set up to be unclear and milk you without knowing it, had it not been they would have offered a full refund, especially as they can see over never logged in and didn’t use the service. DO NOT USE THEM

It is not clear that you are signing up for a subscription. I found the initial questionnaire/check that cost £1.99 unhelpful and would not have chosen to subscribe. Only discovered I had been charged when I saw the debit from my bank account. Like others have said it is not transparent and I was never sent an email or any other communication to say they were going to take further money. My understanding is that the UK law is changing imminently so that companies have to be more transparent and send reminder notifications before taking money following an introductory period. Most companies have already adopted these new practices in the interest of consumer fairness so it is a disappointing that this company has chosen not to. For information, Physiocheck have since refunded me the money for the subscription.

You go on the site to get an assessment. 9 months later I realized the assessment that cost £2.49 that didn't even say what was wrong was costing me £12.99 a month. So they managed to get £127 out of me for NOTHING!!! This company as a scam. Don't go anywhere near them

Watch out as once you pay for one check they charge you a monthly fee which I didn’t see as it was not clear. I was desperate to get my issue solved and did not see where it said it was then a monthly fee which I felt once I see the money gone from my account I was conned.

Good question and video illustration leads to getting a fair idea of what is happening health wise.

They didn't provide me with exercises but eere quick to charge for nothing!!!
