Not too keen after a month later realised it was a subscription thing. Something to watch for. Generally good advice, but expensive

The service is detailed in a way that doctors rarely are. What I learned helped me talk to my doctor and make better sense of my symptoms. I'm not able to follow the exercises given on the site at this time because of other restrictions but I look forward to getting back to it when my other issues are healed.

Good so far. I took the quiz, paid to get the results. Now i have the app. When you join on a laptop/desktop, it's not obvious that you need the app to see the exercises.

i've done all the exercies as directed two days in a row and already feel some improvement. I suspect I'll pay to have the first month (£16.99 more) but if i'm ok, then I'll quit at that point.

The initial survey/diagnosis goes into great depth and I am happy that the diagnosis is hopefully correct. Now to see what the treatment will be.

There was no quibbling, my payment was refunded and subscription cancelled.

as others have mentioned this is a company that has ruined what is a good product (computer generated physio diagnosis) by tying into a predatory, non-transparent 'scamscription' model. They ask you to pay a one off fee for the diagnosis, but then rely on you inadvertently agreeing to a 12.99 monthly fee. The billing on paypal is also in the name of "hierhebikpijn.nl B.V." rather than physiocheck so it's hard to spot.
Such a shame, they genuinely have a good product but they ruin it with this.

Great service. Just be careful of the ongoing subscription if you do not require it. I was charged, but they refunded back, which tells me they are a company of high integrity.

Cancellation was swiftly enacted.

I signed up to what I thought was a one off check and unknowingly have been paying £9.99 a month for 18 months. There was never an email or notification saying that I had subscribed or indeed any reminder about what was apparently a one month trail or even anything encouraging me to use the service. The first email was today as my card has been locked so the email was asking me to pay. I have never used the service. I might have done if I knew I was paying for it.

Update: they have offered to refund one month if I remove this review! This company make money from "subscription traps" or unwanted subscriptions. A decent company will always send timely reminders and other information about subscriptions. I never even got an email telling me I had subscribed in the first place; only one that I had registered an account. This is probably illegal practice. There is a new law in Uk that will make all of the above illegal so such companies will not be able to get away with such terrible way of doing business. They need to do much better to restore for me any trust in this company than refunding me one month when they have taken about £170 from me without me knowing it.

I liked the information from this company and they successfully diagnosed my problem. The exercises are good.
However I did not want to pay every month but they quickly replied to me and cancelled.

I was able to figure out what was wrong and stated getting help to correct the problem right away. I started feeling better within hours!
