I was thrilled to receive my pink (paler of the two pinks!) It’s a wonderful life neon sign.
It makes a real statement, much more than l had imagined and l couldn’t be more delighted!
I went for the normal thickness of tube, not ‘bold’ and it is certainly much brighter and better than l had hoped.
As we had some ugly sockets and damaged wall we had it mounted on a white backboard, which has worked fabulously, masking the horrid bits.
In addition we were going to be away as it was due to be delivered, and l was worried a neighbour may damage it. An email to customer service had the delivery held until our return, perfect!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them or indeed ordering again.

Great service & absolutely fantastic product! Very happy! Thankyou!

Really cool neon signs, definitely recommend!

Xmas present ordered later than I would have liked but luckily it was delivered faster than I could have hoped.its just absolutely gorgeous and I’m very pleased with how it came out.

Just received our sign and couldnt be happier. I agree with other reviews that the only issue is taking longer than expected to be delivered but absolutely didnt disappoint when we got the sign. Worth the wait and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend

Awesome service and great products!

Delivery took 2 days longer than advertised, but it was worth it. They keep me updated on the delays, and the product is fantastic.

Super product for a birthday gift. My daughter absolutely loves her new sign. Really brightened up her room and mood

Easy to use website, securely wrapped for delivery, prompt delivery, great customer service and great product, thank you!

I ordered a sign from the website, it was super simple.. had a few queries and the staff were allover me and responded like no other company I have dealt with. The product arrived well packaged and I was not disappointed when I opened the box... Quality was first class and everything supplied meant I could hang it myself within minutes. Can't speak highly enough about them. Will certainly be using their services in future & highly recommend them.

Exactly what i ordered. Fantastic service

Stick to the fundamentals and you’ll never go wrong. Great service, quick delivery and quality product. Got exactly what I paid well.

Requested a last minute sign for a birthday present and I can’t believe how quickly they sent out the sign. Everyone else I spoke to told me it can’t be done but Planet neon definitely came through for me. 10 out of 10.

Helpful and attentive customer service. Got my sign to me when I needed it and how I needed it. What more can I say, will be back again

They have responded to me really fast. The design came through really good, exactly how I imagined it! I would recommend.

Professional, high quality products.

My sign came right on time for my party and was perfect. Super recommend planetneon.

very good quality and delivered on time!

I received my sign within the stated working days, and it looks exactly like the mock-up I approved. Totally recommend!

I ordered a custom neon sign for my daughter’s room and it turned out absolutely gorge, super bright and amazing quality. It was a bit too bright at night, but the team was exceptional. They quickly suggested adding a dimmer with a remote so we can adjust the brightness and turn it on and off from a distance. Perfect solution, zero stress.
Honestly, the service was top-tier. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
