The product itself is amazing to start with, exactly what I ordered and the quality is great. I had a small issue with a faulty adapter but I spoke to Beri via email and a new one was sent overnight! Customer service is exceptional, so helpful and efficient. Will definitely use them again!

I ordered a neon sign for my daughter s birthday, arrived very fast and it was nicer than i expected. Very good quality product, the light is very bright and the colours are amazing. I recommend this shop 👌

My customized neon sign arrived way too late although I have paid for fast shipment. It didn’t only arrive late but also faulty, the corners are extremely messy and there was never a cable attached. This whole experience wasn’t only dissatisfying but also costly. Will never order again and certainly cannot recommend any other customers, on request no refund will be given, 10% only - quite honestly I feel scammed through and through.

Das Schild kam defekt an ( Kabel wird heiß, Lampe blinkt und schaltet sich ab). Angeblich wurde ein neues Kabel versendet. Einige Tage später dann die Info, dass ich es selbst kaufen soll. Keine Hilfe, kein Service, schlechte Kommunikation. Absolut nicht zum empfehlen

Update 24.11.25:
Die letzten Punkte meiner Bewertung möchte ich nun ändern. Ich habe ohne Aufforderung heute eine Entschuldigung per Mail erhalten, bei der mir sogar ein Geschenk angeboten wurde. Ob ich dieses annehme, weiß ich noch nicht.
Viel wichtiger ist die Kommunikation. Diese hat nun auf Augenhöhe stattgefunden. Daher werde ich meine Bewertung von einem Stern auf drei Sterne abändern.

I purchased this for my halloween party, it arrived properly wrapped and packed, very fast delivery and great communication from the customer service. The light is very crisp and dim at the same time, great for a party mood or just to have it as a sleeping light during the night. I love it and would definitely recommend this company.

PlanetNeon have a simple design process, They produce a quality product at a reasonable price. I believe the sign has brought in additional business to me. I would have no issues recommending them.

Product arrived on time as promised. The power supply was malfunctioning. After sending an email, I received a replacement immediately. Great customer service. Would buy there any time again.

Ordered 6 neon signs from Planet Neon. They were all custom made to order. One is over 6ft. It took a little longer than what I thought from the time scales on the website but their customer services were very responsive and gave updates.

All items were received intact and look great. They were very good value for money and great they are also manufactured in the UK. We have requested a quote for another one.

Only reason I ordered from Planet Neon was that they said 5/6 days turn around to make and deliver, plus the biggest thing was that they were UK made and not Chinese, that I now doubt.
I Ordered on the13th of October. Heard nothing after for almost two weeks.
They were needed urgently as I was opening a new business.
Ended up not arriving at the shop but were sent to my house which further delayed me installing.
The two signs I ordered were both missing their dimmers that I had paid for and one was missing its plug which rendered it unable to use.
As of 10th of November the dimmers or power pack have not arrived.
Seems such a shame to state promises on a website on not deliver. They have given me a 10% (£45) refund on the £450 order but it pales in to insignificance to the extra grief, emails and phone calls dealing with this company.

What a lovely company to deal with, Ana was delightful to correspond with and so helpful. Our sign "Dave's Bike Shed" was a 60th birthday gift for a collector of motorcycles. It was perfect, brilliant in every respect, even a neon apostrophe! We were very happy with our purchase, thank you 😀

Although I had a bad experience after a few emails and misunderstanding on there behalf they did send me a choice of in stock to neon's. I excepted this and I would deal with again

Im really happy with my house sign..it looks great and it really has kerbside appeal!Shout out to Beri who was very attentive and responded quickly to my emails. UPD caused a few days delays but when it arrived it was so worth the wait! Highly recommend this company.

Wir haben uns fürs Tonstudio einen 150cm Leucht-Schriftzug anfertigen lassen und sind wirklich begeistert. Sowohl die Qualität des Schildes als auch die des Zubehörs (Trafo, Aufhängungen, Fernbedienung) ist absolut top. Kleiner Tipp zur Lieferzeit: es hilft, wenn man bei der Bestellung dazuschreibt, wann man die Lieferung benötigt. Wir haben nichts geschrieben und uns auf die 6-9 Tage Lieferzeit (nach Ö) verlassen. Als wir am 9. Tag dann mal nachgefragt haben, ist sofort die Nachfrage gekommen wann wir das Schild benötigen - und noch am selben Tag ist dann die Versandbenachrichtigung gekommen. Generell E-Mail-Antworten immer innerhalb weniger Minuten - und auch sehr lösungsorientiert. Wir können Planetneon aufgrund dieser Erfahrung definitiv weiterempfehlen.
