Excellent customer service. My sign is exactly as I expected it to be. I had to chase up delivery as it was slower than I expected but PN were easy to contact and very positive and responsive. My sign then arrived within. 48 hiurs. Delighted. Will use again.

I got the Neon and the quality is excellent. Delivery was slightly delayed due to high order volumes at the time, but their customer service was friendly and efficient. I was missing a small piece when it arrived, so I reached out to them, and they sent it immediately. If it wasn't for the small delay a piece missing it would get 5 start from me.

Fabulous bespoke neon sign, exactly as approval image and delivered on time. Customer service was above and beyond when I wanted to order additional accessories, I would highly recommend Plant Neon and will definitely be using again!

Ich habe mir bereits zwei custom made Lampen machen lassen, tolle Qualität und auch vom Preis im Vergleich unschlagbar.
Eine Bestellung musste ich leider aus persönlichen Gründen 4 Tage nach Order stornieren und auch das hat ohne Einwände geklappt. Ich hatte eine Stunde später mein Geld zurück und eine verständnisvolle persönliche Nachricht inklusive.

Alles Top und im heutigen Online Business eine absolute Seltenheit!

This is a SCAM! I never received my order and it’s been over a month. At first they were using different excuses, blaming production and now blaming UPS but the carrier never received the package in a first place. They are ignoring my emails, this is ridiculous and I will never order there again!!!

Great sign, well lit with lots of options. We used it in our nightclub to finish off our dj booth and it pieced it all together. For the price they are great! Will deffo be buying some more for the rest of the space and home!!

I ordered from this company before I read reviews, and after reading some I was a little concerned; however, this turned out to be an unfounded worry. The sign I ordered had Cyrillic script, which was a deal-breaker for most other neon companies - not Planet Neon!
Admittedly the sign was a week late, but the communication was great and they pulled out all the stops to get my design to me in time.
I am very happy with it, it is very bright, and would happily recommend this company to others. All I would say is this - neon signs are not easy, or quick, to make. If you have an idea, order it in plenty of time.

Loved my Belgium beer sign! Planet Neon responded to any query within minutes and were always helpful and very polite.

I found the service I received to be exactly what I expected. The sign I ordered was delivered on time and it really did look identical to the online version which was a major bonus. I would highly recommend these guys.

We had two bespoke large neon signs created by Planet Neon and shipped out to us, both of which are brilliant and exactly what we wanted. They arrive ready to use and brighten a somewhat dull office!

Brilliant service, very happy with our sign it’s great quality and they provided a speedy delivery. 10/10.

I don’t often leave reviews but as I can see some negative reviews, I just want to assure people that my experience was 100% positive.

I received my light within the expected timeframes, but unfortunately there was a wiring fault. I emailed and received a speedy response, along with a returns label. They received the light back on Monday. I kept in touch with them and emails were always replied to. I explained that I really needed the light back by the weekend and was promised every effort to get it to me by Saturday morning. This was achieved and I got it in time.

The light is gorgeous and the customer service was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you Planet Neon

Echoing the same as everyone else.
Didn't arrive on time. Took me to chase it multiple times, kept being lied to about it being sent, then wouldn't send tracking ID.
Thankfully I paid with Klarna - my order was apparently delayed due to materials however as soon as I raised a dispute via Klarna and stopped their payment a tracking ID suddenly appeared.
Although it still took another 3 - 4 days before the item was even recieved from sender by Royal Mail.
Really cheap looking build quality.
Arrived without a stand.
Which then took me multiple emails and weeks to receive. Then when I received it, it didn't even fit.
I've heard that originally Planet Neon was owned by someone else and used to be decent. Maybe that explains some of the better reviews from a while ago.
Just avoid the company, you get what you pay for is definitely true, I'd rather have used a more expensive company to get the product I needed without all the hassle

Our neon sign has been delayed for months and I had to email multiple times as they gave false promised delivery dates. When I got the mockup, it was not what I designed on their site. Finally got my neon sign and it is with the wrong plug, the white pieces are falling out of the sign and won't go back in, and customer service is telling me to purchase an adapter and send a video of me trying to put the pieces back in. It is extremely poorly made and a complete nightmare. Save yourself the hassle.

It took over three weeks to receive the correct order, and only after chasing repeatedly. The original order was wrong, no mockup was ever sent (which would’ve avoided all of this), and I was given three separate delivery dates — all of which passed with no update until I followed up.

They were quick to take £50–£60 for express delivery, which they didn’t meet (though it was eventually refunded). After pushing again, they finally arranged an AM delivery and the correct item has now arrived.

I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication and repeated false promises made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Glad it’s sorted now, but I wouldn’t order again based on this experience.

The neon sign arrived exactly as I ordered, price was reasonable and when I reported a small technical issue they bent over backwards to solve it quickly and efficiently. Full marks.
