Tout s'est bien passé sur la réservation en ligne , bon avis apparement.
Ce qui était mal indiqué était le point de ramassage dans la ville de poi pet au Cambodge. Nous sommes arrivé a l'heure mais nous n'avons pas trouvé l'adresse exact , il n'y avait pas de lien qui nous ramenait sur Google Map. Aucun de moyen de trouver une asistance sans installer leur application et entre la frontière cambodgienne et Thaïlandaise il n'est pas facile d'avoir un appel. Je ne dis que leur faute l'est à 100% mais avec plus d'informations nous n'aurons peut être pas raté le bus. Apparement ils m'ont appelé 2 fois. Je n'ai eu aucune notification. Sachant qu'il faille prévoir environs plus d'une heure pour traverser la frontière.
L'assistance nous même pas proposé un petit dédommagement.
Catastrophique
Nous avons réservé un bus à 6h du matin pour un transfert de cat ba à Hanoï. Le lendemain de la confirmation, ils nous annoncent qu ils suppriment le bus. C était le seul bus que nous pouvions prendre pour arriver à l heure à l aeroport pour prendre notre avion....aucune excuse, débrouillez vous...nous sommes dégoutés...

Worst service. I wanted to book a trip to Bintan knowing that I accidentally book on the wrong date that is tomorrow. Person on call told me that we can “refund or reschedule”. Knowing the next day, they said I need to go today no refund. I am so disappointed by the promising words coming from the staff. Will not be coming back to book again.
Poor communication
Bought tickets to Lost World tambun using redbus. App showed that the tickets will come in 4-5 hours which shocked me as app said tickets will come instantly. I tried to contact customer service but was ignored. Please be careful if u are using redbus to buy tickets

We booked a ferryticket from Langkawi to satun with Redbus.
When we arrived at the ticket counter they told us that a document is missing to proceed for boarding. I showed them all the documents that Redbus provided to me but it was not enough. I tried to contact their customer care services but they are unreable. The guy from Redbus who we had on the phone, just closed the closed the call when he heard about our problem. So in the end we needed to pay twice for the tickets. They are really scam so please avoid. And reaching them for a refund is impossible.

Book a bus to Malacca. A brand new looking bus came on time to pick us up at Venture Ave. But after Johor 2nd link check point, had to change to a really old Star Q'stina Express bus. Also waited 45 minutes for this old bus to turn up. For $29 before insurance, its not worth it at all. Don't book with this bus brand. Better add a little more and go with Luxury bus. What a scam!

Es una empresa tramposa, me hicieron el cobro dos veces en dos plataformas diferentes, después reversaron un cobro pero el otro si se proceso y no recibí el tiquete, incluso obtuve el numero de aprobación del pago de mi banco y cuando informé esta situación en servicio al cliente de redbus me dicen que ellos no pueden hacer nada que es el banco pero en el banco dicen que son ellos porque ya hay número de aprobación, al final me pidieron que mejor lo haga por escrito y que ellos responden en 30 días. En 30 días ya no necesito el tiquete, ¿para que sirve atención al cliente si no resuelven, si me piden que reclame por la pagina?

Customer service is ultra fake
Customer service is ultra fake. There was some serious issue in bus i was traveling with. Due to water leakage issue i couldn't sit i was standing entire journey even after paying high amount. Bus operator did nothing and i reached to them they plays a very good game here since i claimed compensation they promised me to do that within 48 hours today is 3rd day i haven't been contacted. Need to search for other option instead of this fraud service.

At least my third visa card was accepted to buy the bus ticket.
Redbus is a man in the middle of a man in the middle of a bus company. If things work this is not a problem. But if there are problems, don't expect any help or support.
My bus had about 1h delay. And then left out my bus stop in zirakpur to make up for it it seams. This let me stranded in the middle of nowhere at night at 1am.
I did not find a way to get a refund. I wonder why...

Website is useless not user friendly and crashes many times. Purchased 4 tickets paid $US106 got a receipt and confirmation and bus ticket. When we got on the bus the company had no record of any payment received despite all my paperwork showing I had paid. Had to pay again. I did eventually get a refund for the first payment but it really is a company that cannot manage a website or payments. AVOID USING REDBUS

This bus ticket can be rescheduled....
Then i have to advanced of one day the first trip ... And then ... Impossible to rescheduled because i have a round trip ..also they are lying on the automatic email...... Or they didn't check .'.
Then if you try to talk to assistance ... The red chatbot... impossible to get answer ... If i don't take the first trip do they cancel the full round trip ticket ?

I missed my bus in Delhi
I missed my bus in Delhi, as thought it would be relatively easy to find "Pillar 102 near the footbridge" at bus stand Dhaula Kuan, it was not. And everyone I asked, including the bus offical, couldn't help me find it. I went all over the place looking for it. I caught a local bus to Jaipur instead.

Support is non existent. Ok if you have no issues but if you need help there is just silence. Website is buggy so rebooking and changing or cancellations mean you will need support…
Pathetic service by Redbus
Booked a ticket go Nagercoil from Bangalore. Initially I have booked for 26th Dec, later realised I actually need to travel 27th Dec. Changing the date is goofy at times with Redbus site. Finally when I was able to change the dates, fare has been increased another 250 INR. The trip has been cancelled from my end due to my other priorities , when I try to cancel in the Redbus site, I have got a message that I cannot cancel the ticket for rescheduled ticket! No customer care number, and their chat service is a bot and you can not reach any humans to interact. Absolutely pathetic customer service and poor experience in their portal to book / reschedule / cancel the tickets.
