I had booked the bus from Calicut to Bangalore, bus was about to start at 8pm I'm standing infront of bus, I got message as below

Dear Customer, Due to Traffic Jam in city, Your Bus will be delayed by 40 mintues

But bus has some problems they r repairing no response from anyone

When I called customer care I did not get good response, behaving like they r not responsible

Very bad experience

I had very bad experience with coustmer care service since last two days I wanted to talk someone senior person but 3 people make me fool by saying that I will call from their end .I had very very experience with this.

Never ever Use Redbus India

why there is no provision to give negative stars?

For everything they will say it is not our bus.They will,take no responsibility. Local agents are way better than redbus. They don't know how to talk to customers.My bus left before schedule.I talked to bus company.They did not help me. I called Redbus. Redbus told me it is not their bus.So they are not responsible.I was left on road with luggage without any alternative transport arrangement or consolation words.But local agent standing near by came forward, talked me nicely and arranged alternative transport services.

I had booked my ticket from UK.I came to know that Redbus has used my number with (+91-) India code.People from outside India - don't use this ticketing service.Local agents will help you with personal care.For all complains they will say verified from co passengers.I don't understand how they verify my problem from co passengers.

Working staff not good. No manners to talk with customers. They took fair for semi sleeper and gave us normal travel.

I had travelled in RKK travels from…

I had travelled in RKK travels from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 8 December 2019. The bus got repaired near topur toll gate around 7 pm and we were not informed about what is happening but told to wait for sometime. After 2 hours of standing in the cold in the middle of a forest area with no idea of what is happening I got really scared. The driver was simply telling lies and covering up so that we take up some other bus and go. When we contacted RKK travels or redbus nobody helped us.. Finally policemen came to stop a local bus and we have to travel in the weekend with no seats in the government buses. What is the purpose of booking in redbus if they don't check with the maintenance or give any support when such incidents happen. They all escape saying they cannot do anything.. why loot people's money if you cannot support your customers. We cannot get a refund also even if I take another bus inspire of paying you. Next time it is not safe to book a bus ticket through redbus.. they don't even have any customer support, they only loot people's money.

I took kkkl bus from jb to penang the…

I took kkkl bus from jb to penang the booking when i bought the ticket shows 930 to 5pm evening i should have reach penang already. But I don't know the bus stop at tbs at kuala lumput to pick up another batch passenger which delay the time. Then once reach penang the kkkl driver told us to change to another bus which is faster to Butterworth because they are heading to penang island which is sungai nibong. The whole journey took around 11 hours which is more than enough to reach penang. What is this poor quality service then the another bus which is exchange to stop for no reason at the petrol station.

Horrible experience with redbus bus hire

We were sent photos that wshoqed the vehicle to be in excellent condition...however, when the actual vehicle arrived, it was such a old thing that it shud have been condemned. A.C. was non-functional, speed wudnt go beyond 60 and if it did- it wud vibrate and was noisy...the curtains and rods were falling off, the steps for climbing was breaking off and the whole thing seemed like it has been bandaged....as if this was not enough, the axle of the vehicle came off while on the road..we somehow just escaped with our lives..the customer care number was not reachable...literally put lives were gambled with

Cannot access to print out tickets

Cannot access to print out tickets, driver of S&S Malaysia travelling Muar to Mersing accepted our ticket from mobile, and v good, staff in Muar bus station next to usless. 2 v unhappy redbus users, will not use this site again.

Rude Driver

Booking ID: 6D5HGTHS5T.

We were a group total 14 ladies. Driver Mr. AYAZ Shaikh was very rude. He has given us badwords and was demanding Rs.500/- more apart from our actual charge.
I don't know what do you mean by driver bhatta, when we have paid driver bhatta then how can he ask for lunch or dinner, but still on humanity ground we have given him 2 nights dinner and breakfast in our hotel where we have stayed. Apart from this, he was not aware of the routes, he has taken us on a same route thrice i.e. turbhe railway station because he was not getting ghodbunder route and after that he has taken us on mumbai highway thrice instead of thane ghodbunder route. He was not aware of mumbai roads as well, every next signal he was asking from inside, which is the route for ghodbunder thats the reason we were late to our dropping point. He was riding very rashly, we were having 5 small kids all of them where falling from there seat because he was pressing break all of us sudden, literally we were holding our kids on our lap in our whole journey. It was quite disappointing because of driver behaviour. whenever we ask him something regarding siteseeing he used to get very angry and used to reply us very rudely. He was parking vehicle very far almost 800mt away from the siteseeing point which was very difficult for us to take our kids to that point and while questioning him regarding the same he used to tell us parking is full traffic but near the point also there was huge parking lot available but he was parking vehicle very far.
It was a bad experience with driver, I was given assurity by REDBUS that driver will be experience and professional. Nothing I have seen in driver

I have travelled in one omer travel bus…

I have travelled in one omer travel bus from Mumbai to Solapur on 24 the Nov 2019,
The experience was not only horrible but extremely bad.
The whole bus was smelling attar..
Absolutely dirty bus.
A hell lot people speaking as if fighting...
No peace of mind...
Maybe at horrible experience....
Never ever book omer travels bus...

Khurana travels office closed and now on is there in office ....v were waited till 3:30 am ....operated behavior rudely with us ....finally v went through cab ......worst service .... Refund my money .... otherwise I vl file complaint again redbus and their rude behavior ...I have all the evidence and recorded phone conversations....no one informed about bus vl late by 5am

Red bus just an agent believes only in bus operator ,don't believes passengers, they try to fool passenger asking problems 2 to 3times at the end we can't do anything bus operator does not agrees , yes ma'am I am agreeing what your saying, I really apologize but madam I can't do anything madam, bus operator not agreeing. Wow they agree what we are saying. But they can't do anything. Then agents . Why you people cheating people sending resolving promise people resolve problems you all can't do it. Don't just say sorry if you dont mean that.

Myself and my family area regular travellers and we always prefer to book bus tickets through REDBUS.
I got booking and money got deducted Rs.1957/_ but ticket did not got booked so please I want my refund . 2nd ,I Request you to kindly refer to my booking Ticket No TNC417388795 PNR :TS191108213128692453EMLY/430591/HYD TO MUMBAI 014 from Hyderabad To Mumbai through Citizen Travel. After multiple tries and with great difficulty I managed to get this booking through your REDBUS and during this process I did receive a call from CITIZEN TRAVELS asking me if I was facing difficulty booking the seat and that I could book directly through Citizen Travel qhicht I flatly refused. I got my booking confirmation through REDBUS .from this number 9866345051,. Then I called up the contact number given to confirm the exact location of pick up 09515285060 and was told that it's opp to Royal Enfield ShowRoom in Gachibowli. again I get a call and they to Confirm the pick up point a opp Enfield ShowRoom in Gachibowli and not as mentioned in the booking ticket. According ly I made myself available at the boarding point much before time. Then comes the small pickup bus from CITIZEN TRAVELS and take s the passengers to a different location to be transferred to another big bus this process I am aware of as we travel frequently from Hyderabad. When we reached the location I was shocked and surprised to find out that my bus (CITIZEN TRAVELS had already departed without me from other stop. when contacted the mobile number given They answer that they get many such calls to confirm the locations and cannot keep a track of passengers. Even after a lot of requests they refused to pick me or wait for me and I WAS LEFT STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT IN THE STREETS OF HYDERABAD. Its the bkind gesture of the other bus operator who helped be get on another bus and get me a seat till MUMBAI and for which I had to again pay. Rs.1800/_ Need to understand if this is a sort of Racket run by clouts and treat passengers so badly. I am writing this to you with all concerns and expect a correct response else I would be forced to take action from my end. Accordingly on the Bus operator and all concerned involved in this types of so called created activities and of strandings Female in the middle of Night.
I hope I ll get my money back which was Rs. 1415/_

I have book my ticket from jaipur to…

I have book my ticket from jaipur to delhi , amount deduct from paytm upi , transaction done from my side but ticket not booked and after provided transaction id they could not refund my amount and customer care not taking my call from my RMN and take other no. But after that they cut the call no response from the red bus side. till tym no refund and response from redbus side. Its a very poor service.

Made an online payment & somehow they aren't able to place a book but yet still have the payment, BUT will refund within 5-7 business dayss...As a student, it's such a burden. I'm done

Redbud kaleshwari travel worst experience of this journey

I had booked ticket from Pune to Hyderabad travel's #Kaleshwari #Redbus on 24-10-2109 and the ticket cost of the bus was 1600 paid three times more than normal booking. When we are paying too much of amount why buses are not giving good services they not even provide a water bottle and bus came 2 hour late and even after coming late bus stops multiple time for each hour. As we have noticed that the bus which we were traveling that was something wrong with bus registration because he did not pass through the Karnataka check point he gone from inner routes and come out from the different location. After doing this all nonsense he has dropped many of the passenger outside the city by saying that bus will not go from hear. From where there won't be a proper transport to get #Redbus we need strong response against this service and we need the refund for this. #Redbus #kaleshwari worst services
