Very Good stainless steel pan. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a good alternative for my non stick pan and I found this Rose and teddy, love the quality and customer support.

4th order. Absolutely love this store and their products. Got some for my kitchen and more for my friends and family. The store advertises delivery as 5-7 business days and I always got my order before 3 business days. Thank you team. Highly recommend.

At the time of my earlier review, I was given broken delivery links and couldn’t get any confirmation of dispatch. After 5 weeks, the product was then delivered out of the blue and it is excellent. I can certainly vouch for the product quality..

It was touch and go there for a second, the tracking link I received was broken and customer service was responsive but unable to provide the correct tracking, I thought damn guess I wasted a chunk of coin. Literally a day after I followed up with my cc provider it arrived. So many apologies for the fuss, the product is good

My order was delivered just as shown. I am happy with the quality of the product. No qualms in ordering other products.

I ordered the item that allows me to fry small portions of chicken, potatoes and other things. The container keeps the oil inside unlike a traditional flat pan.

I ordered the stainless steel fryer canister and am very happy with it. In fact I ordered and received two more for gifts. The quality is excellent, and is perfect for one or two people. I read the reviews mentioning not receiving their order, I’ve had the same problem, but not here. I have noticed that it seems shipments from China tend to get mis-delivered with the address getting screwed up because of “lost in the translation.” Or lost when the delivery company is not FedEx, UPS, USPS, but rather than a second tier delivery service company.

It was very nice. The quality of the bag was very good and I recieved it in time. Finally very happy with this product.

This is a scam website, now pretending to sell kitchenware. They don't send the good, and don't respond to any correspondence. I had to repudiate through my bank. Complete scam!!

ok i never received the bag i ordered and never heard back, had to claim it through my credit card. stay away from this company

Totally misleading ad; the bag is cheap, it is Pepto Bismol pink, the zippers are garbage, and the website is dodgy. All that comes up is an ad for a waterpick. This is a scam website. First time I have ever ordered of FB, and I have learned my lesson.

Appalling company. As others have noted the quality of the product is terrible - shiny plastic and weak zips. Initiated return request over ten days’ ago and zero response. Followed up on instagram and another email but still nothing. Do not trust the fake reviews.

The QueenQuest foldable clothing bag took several weeks to arrive, and the quality was really poor when we got it. I emailed them to initiate a return, according to the instructions on their website. I've now emailed them 4 times and also filled out the "contact us" form on their website. No response. Buyer beware.

Awful company. Please do not trust or buy from them, they only put up 5 star reviews and hide bad reviews. They also ignored me, a customer who wants to initiate a return.

Around early June 2024, I placed an order for a travel bag but I decided I didn't want it anymore a few days later. Seller said in my email they already sent it out and would need me to receive the item first to initiate a return. I wait until late June 2024 when I get the item and immediately send an email to initiate return. NO RESPONSE. I emailed them a second time early July, STILL NO RESPONSE. Sent a third email mid-July and STILL NO RESPONSE.

I don't think they want to help initiate my response. They want to keep my money instead.

My first Rose and Teddy bag fell apart to the point it was literally not usable, on the first use. They decided, despite me stating I didn’t want this, that the best way to resolve this was to send me two of the same low quality bag. Even that hasn’t been done adequately as I’ve just received ONE. I’d urge you not to deal with this company, at all
