The company stands by their product. I haven’t used it yet so I cannot give a review of the product itself but I can say the customer service is amazing. And the product is exactly as they stated.

My experience with Rose and Teddy was awesome ,starting from customer relation to the on-time delivery,is highly commendable .

Item been "stuck at shippers warehouse" since 9 December, and not sent. Data not sent to custom either

An awesome first time experience and the Product was delivered on time ,I haven't use it though but I could see the quality .

I am rating them a three because of the length of time it took to get the 2nd item I had ordered. Now, this said their CX team were very good about keeping in touch and letting me know when I could expect the item so I am not sure if it was the delivery service or not but, I think 3 is fair for this experience!

Update , the company contacted me after the review and where very helpful , the product has arrived and is perfect , thank you

Ps if you keep in communication with customers the whole experience changes to good

I ordered a deep fryer for husband as a Christmas gift. The item has not arrived nor has any tracking information. I have emailed the company twice and received no correspondence in return. We have no other option than to believe this is a fraudulent company who knowingly accepted our money with no intention of providing the goods. I would recommend avoiding this company.

The stainless steel fryer was delivered as early as possible and with the expected quality ,just that I wanted to get for my Mom but forgot.
Awesome Service

I thought the video selling the product was very informative, I thought the ordering process was very simple. Once I ordered, I ran into a situation where it took a very long time, and I still have not received my order. I began to think I might have gotten scammed. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to get in touch with me and so very helpful. They literally restored my faith in the company and let me know that my order was on its way very soon. Believe it or not the very next day the mail lady left my package. I have not used the product yet, but it is in good condition and I like it very much.

I ordered a fryer on 17/11/25 and received a dispatch email on 18/11/25 but so far no fryer has arrived. Have emailed the customer service email and used the contact form but so far have received no reply. They currently have my money but I have no fryer so I feel scammed by rose and teddy!

It's an awesome first impression due to the satisfactory customer service and quality product delivered .

I had an issue with getting my item, immediately, but it was obviously a supply chain thing, that R&T could do nothing about.

They fixed the issue and I received the 2 quart fryer... it's an awesome tool... very convenient and great quality!

I highly recommend getting one, from them, as I haven't seen anything like it, elsewhere.

These are not just a steel cook wares,I see it as an investment,Food taste better,cooks more even,and the stainless steel adds a clean,modern touch,sometimes I love leaving them out on my stove as part of decor.LOL

2nd order and lovely products. Customer service was prompt. We experienced delay in our first order and the second order was on time and they even compensated me with free gifts for the delays occurred in 1st order. Highly recommend

Ever since have switched to this stainless steel set ,cooking has become a joy ,the pans heat up quickly and evenly which gives me perfect result everytime and they look great in my kitchen.this are set of game changer

Product never arrived. No communication

The quality of the goods that I purchased is excellent and will be put to good use in my kitchen. My only slight niggle is the length of time from ordering to delivery and receiving no reply to my enquiry email.

Jeg betalte for 3 varer, efter en måned kom den første skål, totalt skæv, defekt under transporten. Jeg mangler forsat to andre varer! Jeg skrev til firmaet flere gange, intet respons. Varene kommer fra et firma i Kina. Pas på ikke handle hos dem. Total manglende servive

The bowls are very cheap made in China .
Had some damage in every bowl . Waist of money .
Can believe I paid for this sh … over 100
I tried it a second time and it’s not working.
It’s not sharp at all ….
The idea is great , the performance not working.
